The Book of Remembrance is on view daily and provides an inexpensive yet permanent memorial. Entries can also be made for people whose Funeral took place elsewhere.
The Book consists of a number of handmade, richly-bound volumes and has a page for every day of the year. The entry is usually placed on the date of death, but can also be entered on other special dates, such as date of birth.

Remembrance CardsThe Folded Remembrance Cards are approximately 7 ½” x 5 ½” in size and are available in a choice of colours and styles.
The Books
The Book of Remembrance has been placed in the Chapel of Remembrance to provide a lasting memorial to a loved one. The book consists of a number of hand made, richly bound volumes and has a page for every day of the year. Usually the entry is placed on the date of death but other anniversaries can be chosen as well.
The Inscription
The entries are carefully inscribed by hand by highly skilled craftsmen in permanent colours, under the date of your choosing. Each day the page is then turned to show the appropriate date. Entries in the Book of Remembrance will be prepared so that they may be viewed on the first anniversary provided applications are received soon after the cremation service. Orders for Mini Books or Remembrance Cards will be fulfilled within 16 to 20 weeks.
The Memorial
Your own personal inscription may be of two, five or eight lines in length. The first line should consist of the Surname followed by any first names. The remaining lines are to be used for any wording desired. Entries can accommodate up to 31 characters plus spaces per line. Emblems are hand painted making the entry a truly personal and individual memorial. Popular choices for emblems are flowers, animals and regimental badges but are not limited to these, meaning you can be inventive with your ideas. A full coat of arms would require an 8 line entry.
Mini BookA Miniature Booklet is approximately 8 ½” x 6” in size and is fully bound in leather with a wild flower design on the front cover.
