“New World Paradigm" (NWP6) has been established on the belief that
there exists a significant opportunity in Food and Vegetable Crop production, against a backdrop of
growing concerns for “Food Security”, “Ecological Responsibility ” and “Sustainability in Food
Production”.
NWP6 provides, both the strategic expertise and the technical assistance
required to design, implement and manage “Modern Hydroponic Farms”, in an eco-friendly
sustainable manner.
The business model involves utilising existing Controlled Environment
Agricultural Technologies based around sustainable Hydroponic Cultivation of vegetable crops.
Business Overview
NWP6 enables the efficient cultivation of high quality produce through a patented hydroponic
growing system utilitizing NWP6’s ability in implementing and operating hydroponic farms.
NWP6 has the exclusive license rights for the use and implementation of a Spanish patented
hydroponic farming system.
The combination of simplified processes and innovative technologies allows for increased yield
per square meter at an economically viable cost per kilogram.
Utilizing back-office management functions based in India, and the technical know-how based
in Spain, the company is able to lower the cost of production, by spreading the costs of the
expensive management systems across numerous installations managed.
The System
NGS is a soilless cultivation system: It uses no substrate and establishes a closed circuit system in
order to re-use water and nutrients.
The multilayer trough creates an environment for the roots to grow and develop.

Research & Development
NWP6 has plans to carry out a research programs in India and Oman to develop a model
“Modern Hydroponic Farm”. The ultimate goal would be to demonstrate to the agricultural
communities of India and Oman the strategic importance of growing crops in modern hydroponic
farms to meet the challenges of Food Security.
The NWP6 proposed methodologies will be socially and environmentally responsible , make sound
economic sense and will, in the long term be, sustainable, with no adverse environmental costs.

The Management Team
Mohammed Al-Barwani:
Mohammed Al-Barwani is an Economics graduate from a US University, holding a Master’s Degree in Agricultural
Economics and Business Finance. Mohammed has many years of International Banking experience and is a trained and experienced
Agronomist, holding a diploma in Tropical Agriculture from Uganda. He worked for a number of years in various positions in Agricultural
Research and production farms, in Agricultural Extension Services and Policy Planning in East Africa, United Arab Emirates and the
Sultanate of Oman.
Michael Sun:
Michael Sun hails from a career spanning 33 years in the financial services industry. Training with one the Big Five
accountancy practices, Michael, more recently was Managing Director of a Offshore Private Trust Company. Michael had administrative
oversight of over USD$20 billion worth of assets for private clients, dealing with asset protection and strategic issues for household
names worldwide. His strengths lie in corporate governance and project management skills that are necessary in the implementation of
complex systems. An enthusiast for searching out technological solutions to address current environmental and social challenges.
Michael spends significant time investigating Green solutions. His current portfolio of solutions include waste management systems for
the power plants, water purification and "green" power generation.
Ben Long:
Ben Long is an experienced project manager who combines an interest in new and emerging technologies with creativity
to develop, deliver and maximize new business opportunities. Project experience has been varied from the corporate world of Nomura,
to creative consultation with brands including Wal-Mart, Red Bull, Sony and Manchester United FC. His knowledge and keen interest in
sustainable environments stem from studying Landscape Architecture at Manchester University.
The Management Team
James Orr:
James Orr is an experienced electrical engineer and successful entrepreneur with 20 years at director’s level in the
electrical construction industry serving Blue Chip clients. His career spans 40 years on various projects with management positions in
worldwide locations. In Zambia, he worked for the Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines supervising electrical installations to affordable /
company housing schemes. Employed by Rio Tinto at Rossing Uranium in Namibia, he led all development efforts from tender stage to
completion. He now provides electrical installation teams throughout the UK for various clients such as Hilton Hotel Group, Harrods,
Selfridges, Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren.
Kelly Lefebvre:
Kelly Lefebvre is a sustainability consultant combining expertise in business strategy, organizational development and
strategic communications. Kelly has worked on projects throughout the world, including New York, Paris and Martinique French West
Indies, where she leveraged demand for the use of environmentally sound products and technologies. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in
International Management, cum laude, from the Bradford School of Management, UK and earned her Bachelor of Business
Administration from ESSEC Business School, France.
Evelyn Jobe:
Evelyn Jobe is the NWP6 Country Manager responsible for the company’s Indian operations. Evelyn has been more
recently at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM). Evelyn also spent some time at the Taj Group of Hotels and Union
Carbide. Evelyn with her many years of administrative experience oversees the functioning of the back-office and project management
team.

Madhukar Tomar:
Madhukar Tomar graduated with Honours in Law from the University of London and thereafter qualified to be a member
of the Bar of England and Wales. He is a lawyer qualified in two jurisdictions, England & Wales and India. He has spent the last 7 years
practising as a 'Mergers and Acquisitions' lawyer. His areas of expertise include Foreign Direct Investments, Real Estate, PPP, Capital
Markets, Project Finance and Franchising. Madhukar will look after all matters relating to the legal compliances and will oversee all
contractual matters related to the conduct of NWP6 business.
Jadawy Riyami:
An accomplished executive with specific management experience in the GCC arena, Jadawy has been the MD of the
Motorola Operations in the UAE. With a background of project and business management, coupled with his networking skills, Jadawy
is an integral part of the NWP6 presence in the UAE. Jadawy will function as the Country Manager for NWP6 in the Middle East and
Africa regions.
Greenhouse and Horticultural Advisory Board
Lorenzo Belmonte: Mr. Belmonte started his career in agribusiness when he started Primaflor in 1969 to supply flowers and
fresh vegetable produce in Spain. Primaflor - with a turnover of over € 200m and 2.800 employees- has become a main
player of the industry supplying multiple retailers, wholesalers and the catering industry all around Europe. In more recent
times, Primaflor built one of the first pre-packed salad units in Spain and is one of the predominate suppliers of prepacked
salads in the market.
Manola Belmonte: Manola a former director with Primaflor, is experienced in the plant propagation business. She has good
management skills as well as a good understanding of agricultural businesses. Manola has also been involved in some of
the most competitive research teams in Europe in the trialling of the system with new crops and under new management
strategies.
Diego Pozancos: Diego a member of the NGS Technical Team: an agronomist with experience working within the technical
team of one of the UK’s main agricultural businesses, he joined NGS in 2008 and has assisted growers and research
institutions in different countries on the installation and management of NGS production systems with many different crops.
Diego has been assigned with responsibility for the New World Paradigm projects
Marianela Castro Rodríguez, is an agronomist with 9 years of agricultural production experience. Marianela has experience
having worked with the NGS system and gained her qualifications from the University of Madrid, Spain and the Norwegian
University of Life Sciences. Her specialisations include Hydroponic Food production systems and the application of
Ecological Scientific Methodologies to new agricultural production systems.
Non-Executive Board Advisors
Douglas Hampson is a British-born entrepreneur who is a major shareholder and an advisor to the company. He started,
built up and sold three successful real estate-related businesses after working for three major American companies. Mr
Hampson provides general business advice. He has a degree in Economics from Manchester University with honours and
an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Bob Johal Born and educated in London UK, Bob graduated as a Clinical Biochemist from the University of London. He is
managing partner of the London offices of Bridge Partners which is an advisory group to a number of Saudi family offices,
based in London’s Mayfair, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Bob’s focus is to promote global sustainability, economically, environmentally, socially and spiritually, and therefore is actively
involved with global initiatives in the sectors of healthcare, food security, social housing, malnutrition, education and social
enterprise.
Bob holds a number of advisory board positions in the UK and internationally and is a member of Her Majesty’s government
all party policy group.
