form completing all required fields. Required fields are identifiable

by a red asterisk (*). Click the Submit tab when through (shown).

APPLICATION INTAKE FORM is divided into the following sections:

• RECORD DETAIL

• ADDRESS

• PARCEL

• OWNER

• CONTACT

• CUSTOM FIELDS

• ASSOCIATED GIS FEATURES

• CUSTOM LISTS

• DOCUMENTS

The Application Intake form does not advance to the record issuance level until all required fields are completed.

Submit Creates a new Record

Save Without Submit

Saves the record for completion at a later time. A temporary number is assigned. Use the temporary number to search for the application to complete it.

Validate Displays any errors in the form for correction before you click Submit.

Estimate fee Provides an estimate of the fees associated with this type of record.

Reset Clears all fields in the Intake Form.

Cancel Closes the Intake form without saving any data.

Help Launches a help menu with more information about Records within BuildSA.
