◦ Student Impact Goal (using results of Student Impact Goal form)
◦ Any other goal related to SCP
(Transfer all goals to the Annual Work Plan Template.)

GOALS 2012 - 2013 I. School Safety/No Bullying Domain: Personal Social WV Counselor Perf Standards: Standard 2 Function 2C To decrease bullying incidents by at least 5% and increase student perception of
teacher/administrative support of students who are bullied by at least 5%.
II. Achievement/Closing the Gap Domain: Academic WV Counselor Perf Standards: Standard 2 Functions 2E&F
To increase the GPA of 6th grade students who had a 2.0 or less GPA in grade 5 by at
least 15%. III. Eighth Grade Academic and Career Planning Domain: Academic and Career WV Counselor Perf Standards: Standard 2 Function G
To decrease the anxiety and increase the confidence level of 8th grade students as they prepare for high school by at least 20%.

James Rumsey Technical Institute Career Van visits each middle school in our Tri-State area every year.
Each 8th Grade student has the opportunity to explore programs available at the JRTI.
Many students were able to revisit the Career Van multiple visits exploring their programs.
