Transformation update – SWO exit of services and SAP replacement
• Formal agreement for early exit
from SWO signed 30 June 2016
• Services will return from SWO
in 2 phases:

Finance, HR Recruitment,
Transactional Procurement
and Customer Contact
� 1 April 2017: Payroll will
transfer to a 3rd party and
our use of SAP systems will
end
• SAP Replacement:
� Advance Computer Software
Group Cedar E5 system for
Finance/Procurement
� For HR/Payroll – discussions are
ongoing with Midland Trent to
provide a Payroll Bureau service
and a hosted HR system
� We have appointed Affinity
Digital to work with us on the
development of the new TDBC
website
Transformation update – accommodation
• Deane House – work continues to consider options
• West Somerset House (CASA) – WSC recently approved project to
accommodate SCC Library, Registrars, Avon & Somerset Police and a
private sector tenant. Completion expected summer 2017
• DLO – new depot at Westpark in Wellington ahead of schedule.
Services are preparing to move in at the end of this year
