6 th ADDENDUM TO RENTAL AGREEMENT

Between

“Cranes Europe B.V.”, Having its registered office at Karel Doormanweg 47, Haven 580, 3115 JD Shiedam, The Netherlands hereinafter called “LESSOR”.

and

“CRANES BRASIL GUINDASTES LTDA”,

Having its registered office at Av. Smith, 10.535 Sala 03 – Pirituba – São Paulo – SP - Brazil hereinafter called “LESSEE”

By this instrument, the parties above named and classified by their undersigned representatives the final, have covenanted agreed to amend the Rental Agreement, signed on May 1 st, 2011, it according to the following terms and conditions.

Both LESSOR and LESSEE have agreed to extend the Rental Agreement, as following:

Duration and Termination:

To extend the Rental signed on May 1st 2011 with due date on 31st October, 2011, extended for an extra period of 06 (six) months, beginning on Nov 1st 2011, with due date on 30rd April, 2012. Contract for each item will be extended according with the equipment list below:

1- 01 Powerpack MEI with EPA 119 Kw, mark 5275690 and 35 hoses YOM 1998, was extended for an extra period of 7 (seven) months, beginning on May 1st 2012, with due date on 30th November 2012, and after was extended for an extra period of 12 (Twelve) months, beginning on December 1 st 2012, with due date on 30th November, 2013, was extended for an extra 6 (six) months, beginning on 1st

December 2013, with due date on 31st May 2014, was extended for an extra period of 12 (Twelve) months, beginning on June 1st 2014, with due date on May 31st 2015, and now will be extended for an extra period of 12 (twelve) months, beginning on June 1st 2015, with due date on May 31st 2016.

This instrument is an integral part of the contract now amended, which clauses and conditions which do not conflict with the provisions set forth herein, are maintained and are expressly ratified by the parties, for all purposes and legal effects.

The contracting parties commonly agreed in witness whereof, sign this contract in 2 (two) counterparts of same contents, for only one purpose, on May 08th 2015.
