Dear friends,

The Federation des Clubs Porsche de France now has 29 officiels Porsche Clubs and more than 5000

members. Our Clubs are divided into 4 sections : Classic clubs, Régional Clubs, racing «Motorsport»

Cub and Register Clubs.

Together, we organize every year more than 400 events and meetings of international renown.

Opening the 2018 season, the Federation des Clubs Porsche de France organisze the PORSCHE SPRING

MEETING on the circuit Paul Ricard at Castellet (83), the weekend of April 28th

et 29th 2018, to allow

lovers of the track to ride on the racing circuit international renown (5,8 km) which wil become June 24th

2018, of the Grand Prix de France de Formula 1 theater.

So this is an incredible opportunity fore the all Porsche communauty : to drive on the F1 racing circuit in

preview, and that, a few weeks before the paddock is invaded by prestigious single-seater teams !

Let us pledge that you will not miss this meeting !

Especially as numerous novelties will come to enrich an already very copious program in 2017.

whether you are in 911, Cayman, Boxster either en Porsche front engine or more with 4 doors, you are all

welcome, with your family or your friends, to share these exceptionnal moments.

Prepare your arrival to PORSCHE SPRING MEETING…

All public :

Enclosure access to the circuit: any public, passionated by the mark Porsche beforehand registered.

Rolling on the long track 5.8km: any vehicles Porsche registered with car registration document equipped

with tires route, slicks forbidden.

Reception / hours :

Withdrawal of the accreditations and the access tracks,

On Friday, April 27th from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at the Grand Prix *** hotel situated near the circuit,

Saturday from 7:30am till 4:00pm, at Welcome Center, situated to the left of the circuit entrance,

Sunday from 7:30am till 3:00pm, at Welcome Center, situated to the left of the circuit entrance,

We will reserve you the best welcome.

When you withdraw your accreditation, you will present :

1) Your valid driving licence,

2) Your car registration document,

3) Your green card (insurance),

4) Your valid circuit insurance certificate including :

a. a certificate from your insurance company guaranteeing that you are the holder of a contract of

insurance XXXXX for the period from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, for your Porsche

vehicle, registered XX-XXX-XX, guaranteeing the following activities : exposures, parades,

exhibitions, meetings, drive on circuit with the exception of the damage arisen during events, races

or sporting events (or their tries) timed.

b. according to the conditions of insurances "circuit", defined by the Federation des Clubs Porsche de

France, certifices issuses on letterheads from insurance brokers will not be accepted. In this case, the

Federation des Clubs Porsche de France will propose you an additional insurance for the day or for

the weekend.

5) The document "discharges from responsibility and Renunciation of any recourse" completed (cvn103).

Accreditation :

An Accreditation is required to allow access to the circuit enclosure.

You have to plan accreditation per day and per person, for pilots and accompanying persons.

It is not possible to enter the Paul Ricard circuit enclosure, if you have not registered beforehand

Accreditation ACCESS CIRCUIT + Buffet Lunch Gold + Gold Bar Pack :

The Lunch Gold buffet served at restaurant « Le Panoramic » (main building – track view) from 11 :30am

till2 :00pm. The Gold Bar pack (Hot and fresh drinks, Viennoiseries, Cakes and puff pastries) is served on the

floor of the main building – track view. Open all day.

Accreditation ACCESS CIRCUIT (paddocks only) – with Silver Bar Pack :

The Silver Bar Pack (Hot and fresh drinks) is available on the refreshment room, possibility of snacking

paying.

Briefing on the morning On-boarding « Séries 01-02 / 07-08 »

at 8 :00am dans le Grand Hall du bâtiment Principal (n°13 sur le plan du circuit)

On-boarding « Séries 03-04 / 09- 10 » at 9:00am

Briefing on the afternoon On-boarding « Séries 05-06 » at 1:30pm

Provide a piece of identification allowing your identification, when you complete your

« Recognition of Reponsability – Document cpr013 » at the time of the briefing.

Reminder / Circuit Activity : The event Porsche Spring Meeting offers 2 days of driving on F1 Paul Ricard circuit .

It is a free drive, recreational and not timed.

Compulsory Briefing for all pilots wishing to accesss the track.

Compulsory helmet for driver and passenger - Children under 16 years old prohibited on board.

Hans highly recommended for vehicles equipped with harnesses.

Each vehicle must be equipped with a tow hook fixed in front.

Driving on the large 5,8 km loop with T9 chicane in the Mistral straight line.

The series are limited to 30 minutes. Access to the large track 5.8 km = all registered Porsche vehicles with car registration

document equipped with road tires, slicks banned.

Safty / Brakes & Tires : Do not forget to check your brakes and tires which must to be in good condition..

Support & Learning drive on Circuit : Our instructors will welcome you at the time of the briefing. During both days, the rallying point will be the MICHELIN stand – See the plan. The program of the day will be established according to the chosen service

off-road ride in the forest.

Crossed by some quagmire and fields of ruts aboard these 4-wheel

motorcycles.

Solidarity, team cohesion will be at the rendez-vous;

The ride in QUAD, it is adventure in the heart of nature !

6 rides organized on Saturday and Sunday between 9:30am and 4:00pm

ELEGANCE CONTEST : Expose the most beautiful cars and "parade" them, like models in the fashion

world : such is the purpos of Elegance Contest, whose origin goes back to the

parades of the nobility crews in Paris in 18th century.

It will take place on Sundays.

Program and rules is comming.

Price to 3 first ones.

TOURIST RALLY : From the circuit,

On Sunday morning, departure between 9:30 am and 10:00 am

2:30 am of tourist ride around of the Paul Ricard circuit. Where you will

discover that trackers are wrong not to take the paths of the truancy to go to

Castellet !

Lunch at the panoramic restaurant of the circuit included (to see friends turn !)

NOT FORGETTING... 14 hours of rolling cumulated over 2 days !



The rules of procedure

The accepted vehicles must to be covered by a valid insurance stipulating the rolling on circuit (without timed trials

and competitive spirit), the corresponding certificates must be presented at the reception.

The drivers will define with their own insurance company the coverage in physical injury and adequate equipments in

relation to the use their vehicle to drive simply on circuit being understood that it is not race, timed race and / or those

requiring, for their organization, a prefectural decree.

We draw your attention on the danger which there is, to drive fast on a circuit and on material and/or physical

consequences that may result for you and for the others. The responsibility of the Federation des clubs Porsche de

France is limited to the provision of the infrastructure of the circuit as it is proposed of a contract rental responsibility

with the owners of the circuit.

The civil responsibility for the use of vehicles towards third parties is guaranteed by the owners of vehicles

themselves, you are therefore responsible for your passengers.

The participant renounce any rights and appeal against the Federation des clubs Porsche de France. He declares to

discharge this one from any responsibility from the use of his vehicle for any physical or material injury caused to

third parties or to themselves, whatever condition is.

It is useful to specify that if you pass your steering wheel in a third party, it is always your responsibility.

Driver:

Safety Briefing : Compulsory participation in the beginning of session.

Helmet : The wearing of a helmet approved according to existing standards is compulsory for the pilot and for the

passenger.

Seatbelt : must be buckled for the pilot and passenger.

Hans : highly recommended for vehicles equipped with harness.

Children : Children's transport under age 16 years old is forbidden, As well as the passengers on the back places.

On the track and in stands the instructions of the organizers, track marshals and the rules of the circuit must be

scrupulously respected.

Rules of good behavior:

For the good of everyone, rules of good behavior are put in place within the circuit. The

Fédération des Clubs Porsche de France reserves the right to exclude temporarily or definitively a participant in the

3rd edition « Porsche Spring Meeting », Whose behavior would be excessive or which would disrupt the event. The

person concerned cannot aspire to a refund of his registration fees, even partially.

Penalties on the track:

Any breach of the rules, any behavior considered dangerous, that it be proved true by the video recordings of the circuit, by the report of a track marshal or a member of the executive board Federation des Clubs Porsche de France may result sanctions going from the temporary ban to drive to an immediate exclusion and without allowance of the event « Porsche Spring Meeting ».
