There might be many more units financed by the KVIC under
PMEGPREGPCBCISECDirect funding scheme violating the Wildlife
Protection Act, 1972
because keeping of Elephant tusk, Ivory and its products are
illegal, non bailable and
cognizable offense in India, where as Gandhian ideology based
Khadi and VillageIndustries CommissionKVIC violated the law of the
land, promote the crime
against Elephants, creating demands of ban articles in India,
this is serious offense
and misutilisation of Govt. funds to promote crime, in fact this
is a criminal syndicatebetween KVIC, Nationalized Banks and
poachers / manufacturers / traders. The
United Nations affiliated The International Organization for
Animal Protection
OIPA www.oipa.org in Indias People for Animals (PFA) Haryana
www.pfaharyana.in Abhishek Kadyan and Sukanya Kadyan worked out
this crimeagainst Elephants, taken up matter with the Wildlife
Crime Control Bureau (Ministry
of Environment and ForestGovt. of India) to book all offenders
from top level up
to grassroot level of implementing agencies, Banks and
beneficiaries for the violationof the section 9, 35,49B, 49C and 51
read with 420, 120-B of IPC etc. It is further
requested to please direct Bank concerned PNB to freeze the
account, not to adjust
margin money subsidy against outstanding

EPORTID=3STATE_CD=UP Hence WCCB is here by requested to please
conductraids on above said offenders at serial No. 70, 71, 72, 74
and 75 of 2010-11 etc torecover the Ivory and articles
manufactured. It is further requested that complainant,
whistle blowers safety and protection required from these
organized criminals. The
Ministry of MSME is here by requested to please direct KVIC to
prepare a complete
list of units financed under Horn and Bone including Ivory
products by directfunding, ISEC, CBC, REGP and PMEGP scheme all
over India, all Nationalized
Bank may kindly be directed not to adjust margin money subsidy
against outstanding
loan, strict departmental action required against all black
sheep's in the system.
