The USSD string will enable employers to monitor their employees as per government regulation.The USSD code is dialled and the employee is prompted to answer regulatory protocols through checkboxes and filling out text e.g. current temperature in the USSD string.▶ This data is uploaded immediately and can be monitored via a dashboard.▶ Reports can also be printed for tracking purposes.▶ Employees are required to follow this data collecting protocol 2 times per day.

The minimum info neededfrom each person is:
● Once off: Full names, ID Number and Address● Once off: Pre-existing conditions certification (Diabetic, High
Blood Pressure, Heart conditions, etc)● Once off: Opt-in to receive CV-19 related company
communications via SMS, etc● Once off: Certification that training has been completed● Daily checkin and checkout● Daily Certification/confirmation that they aren't showing
symptoms (Fever, sore throat, coughing, etc)● Daily Temperature check● Daily certification/confirmation that you don't have CV-19 (And related certification/confirmation that you have been tested)● Reports:◦ List of all staff with details (For Government use only)◦ Contact tracing report (Based on positive certification/confirmation, a
