COVID Hardship Application Log-in issue

Cannot remember my password Select ‘Forgot Password’ on the top left-hand side of the page. An email from ‘RCG Employee Funds’ will be sent to you to reset your password.

Cannot log-in

Confirm you are using the original email used to create an account Upon creating an account, a verification email from ‘RCG Employee Funds’ will be automatically sent to the email address provided. Please allow time to receive the email as speed at which you receive email is dependent on your internet connection. You must verify your email address before applying. Please note: Check your spam and junk folders as the verification email from‘RCG Employee Funds’ might have been directed there instead of your Inbox. If you are still having contact Corporate Responsibility and select Log-In Issue.

Eligibility Criteria Who can apply?

Active shipboard employees who in good standing and hold an active Salary@Sea card are eligible to apply. Shoreside employees, employees on medical leave, terminated, retired, concessionaire or non-Royal Caribbean Group employees are not eligible to apply. For Salary@Sea questions please refer to pages 4-5.

Can I apply if I am on medical leave? You are not eligible to apply if you are on medical leave, retired, concessionaire, or non-Royal Caribbean Group employee.

Can I apply if I am retired?

You are not eligible to apply if you are retired Your definition of immediate family does not apply to my family

For the purpose of the COVID Hardship Fund, only spouse or children qualify as immediate family members.

Application Status

When can I expect status update? Please allow two weeks to review your application. Payment will be disbursed to your active Salary@Sea card within 5 days of approval. To check the status of your application please see ‘How do I know if I submitted my application’.

How do I know if I submitted my application?

Log-in to your account on www.RCLEmployeeFunds.com. Once logged in, select the ‘My Account’ button at the top left of the page. “Status” details will appear under the COVID-19 Fund Application Section.

I applied for x but now I need to change to x

If you selected a need and that need has changed i.e. Loss of Home was originally selected but now you need to change it to Hospitalization of a family member, please contact Corporate Responsibility.

Where can I find payment in my account? Payments processed will be reflected in the “Card Transaction History” tab of the crew web portal.

When can I expect payment? Payment will be deposited into your account within 5 days of approval. To locate funds in your Salary@Sea account please see ‘Where can I find payment in my account”.

Phishing/Hackers: What should I look out for? How can I prevent my account from being hacked?

Am I eligible? Silversea shipboard employees in good standing are eligible to apply.

Shoreside employees, employees on medical leave, terminated, retired, concessionaire or non-Royal Caribbean Group / non-Silversea employees are not eligible to apply.

How will I get paid? Funds will be deposited into your bank account via wire transfer. Please ensure your bank account details on file are up-to-date. See ‘Need to update bank account’ if you need to change bank account details on file.

When can I expect payment? Payment is processed monthly. You will receive payment at the next available pay run.

Need to update bank account

We must have the most up-to-date bank details on file to ensure payment is correctly deposited into your account. To update your bank details please reach out to your Manning Agency or a member of the Silversea Crewing Department.

What is my ID#?

Please reach out to your Manning Agency or a member of the Silversea Crewing Department to confirm your ID#. When creating your account: Please enter "S" followed by your Employee ID. For example, if your Employee ID is "1234" you would enter "S1234".
