Conduct the market research and issue marketing plans for the new products

Issue the annual sales plan and forecast for the local and export market.

Do the products' monthly pricing.

Prepare the offers in addition to attend and follow up the local & export markets' tenders.

Organize the production planning process with the coordination with the Planning department. Manage the customer's

complaints with the coordination with the Quality and Customer Service department.

Manage the dispatching process to the Local and Foreign customers.

Issue the sales' department’s weekly and monthly reports moreover follow up the collections with coordination with the

Aug. 96 –Aug.08  Taghleef Industries Egypt S.A.E,Ex .Techno pack which is now( a sister company of AL-Ghurair group UAE)working in the field of packaging ,flexible and cast film materials manufacturing, acting as Sales Manager, reporting functionally to the Corporate Sales and Marketing Director and administratively to the General Manager .

Responsibilities assigned, achievements made have been as follow:

Opening new export markets for the company products preparing for tenders with local and export clients.

Participating in the monthly pricing processof the products.

Following up and monitoring the production plan with coordination with the planning and the Customer Service

Department.

Trouble shooting and solving the client’s problems with coordination with the QC and the Customer Complaints

such as (PP Sheets, hot melt, cold seal, high barrier, water base cello-tape and stationary), which increased the total sales

volume with 20 %.

Conducted the market research for the new cast film production line

Replaced the cast film with the polyethylene film for the detergents packaging which made a an annual sales increase with

about 50 %

Changed the specs of the plain film ( decreased the thickness from 30 micron to 28 micron in favor of the client) which

increased the sales by 35 %

April 95- July 96Al-SaeedSoft ware Company KSA, working in the field of software and hardware ( ERP and POS ) as Marketing Researcher & Sales Section Head,reporting to the Area Sales Manager.
