Empowering the Road to Achievement

felt they were losing the battle to skin issues, aging and insecurities. Nilam and her team decided they would be the solution for these clients, never giving up on their skin issues and over-all well-being. They are in the business of giving clients the confidence they deserve, as well as the education they need to help maintain optimal results. Where most skin care businesses focus solely on vanity, Nilam specializes in treating and serving clients with embarrassing skin concerns and body image issues that diminish their joy. “I want my clients to feel beautiful because they are beautiful,” explains Nilam. “I don’t want them to have to hide their skin or live with flaws that steal their confidence.” This is why Pushti Brows and Skin offer a diverse set of specialized treatments that focus on everything from skin care to fat reduction. Any individual who has ever sought a spa-type service understands how it feels to be just another number – waiting in a lobby and ultimately rushed through a procedure without any education or customized treatment. Nilam and the Pushti staff operate contrarily to these methods because they understand and value long-term goals and trusted regimens that work. This is why Nilam’s services go well beyond office hours. She spends countless hours continually educating herself on new products – skin care lines that are highly researched and proven effective. She uses only the best products in-office and extends these product lines to her

clients. Nilam’s quality of service doesn’t stop when a client leaves the office. She offers products her clients can use between visits – products that are safe and beneficial. It’s just one more way Nilam shows her clients they are more than just a number – they are family. The same is true for the technology Nilam and her team use to treat their patients. “We use only the best and latest in technology and equipment.”

lasting relationships are critical at Pushti which is why her V30 machine is so important. Viora’s V30 is advanced laser technology that tightens, rejuvenates and resurfaces skin, while treating acne, fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation

and vascular lesions. The V30 system “delivers the most effective results possible – quickly, safely, painlessly and with no downtime,” according to Nilam. Pushti Brows and Skin retain their clients because they quickly become family. And, much like with family, clients return to Pushti for all of their skin services because the staff is trusted and familiar. They don’t have to go to a new and different service provider each time they want or need a service. Because Nilam uses the best in technology – such as the V30, which provides an array of services - clients keep coming back to familiar faces, putting their skin, hair and body treatments in the hands of those they already know and trust. Pushti’s mission is providing a skin care center where it’s “all about you.” This is not just some feel-good tagline – it’s Nilam’s heart for people, her devotion to helping others.

Author Shep hyken once said, “The greatest technology in the world hasn’t replaced the ultimate relationship building tool between a customer and a business - human touch.” Clinical Esthetician, Electrologist and hyperpigmentation Specialist Nilam Patel has built her business on this very philosophy. Pushti Brows and Skin Therapy has earned a remarkable reputation in Ocala, making customer service and skin care success top priority. Nilam Patel laid the groundwork for her facility long before opening its doors. She has spent a great deal of time developing her profession and educating herself on skin care and

clinical treatments. Nilam knew, when she opened for business, her clients would feel and experience the difference between her establishment and other local spa and treatment venues. Where other businesses are focused on the quantity of clients, Nilam is focused on the quality of her services and satisfaction of her clients. “We are client-centered,” Nilam says. “We are not a skin-care mill that moves people in and out of our doors. In fact, our consultations take a little longer than most centers because we want to ensure our clients’ treatments and services are both customized and thorough.” Nilam didn’t open her doors to business, she opened her doors to relationships – who

by Carolyn Grey, Owner, Zircon ConsultingThe Woodlands, TX Chapter

1. Commit – get serious about getting what you want. Set goals, Take baby steps or Sasquatch steps!2. Constrictions – what is limiting you or keeping you from attaining your goals? Take ACTION—get rid of those things that are obstructions!3. Surround yourself with positive people. Weight Loss Q&A

by Vikki LeBeau, Owner and IP CoachThe Woodlands, TX Chapter

Q: Could my bloating be caused by Leaky Gut Syndrome?A: have you consumed antibiotics, pain killers, the birth control pill, acidic beverages, alcohol, wheat, corn, caffeine, or a lot of high-sugar foods? These substances have been eroding your gut lining, so ‘yes’, you probably have leaky gut.

Q: Do I have Metabolic Syndrome?A: Chances are good that you do, it is estimated that 1 out of every 3 adult Americans currently have it. Metabolic syndrome includes high blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol levels.
