• The Category 4 hurricane had a diameter of 280 miles with winds of 130 mph during its first landfall• The storm dumped more than 27 trillion gallons of rain over Texas, making harvey the wettest Atlantic hurricane ever measured• Harvey has now busted the US record for rainfall from a single storm, dumping 51 inches of rain in parts of Texas• The coastal cities of Beaumont and Port Arthur got 26 inches of rain in 24 hours• With one-third of Houston completely flooded, the weight of the water also sank the city temporarily by two centimeters (almost an inch)• All the sodden drywall, flooring, furniture, clothing and toys adds up to an estimated 8 million cubic yards of garbage in houston alone, enough to fill up the Texans stadium two times over

Take a 10-20 minute mid afternoon nap to recharge, refresh and be more alert. OMG, this can seriously be

your secret weapon to maintaining a high level of productivity the remainder of the day. 5. See yourself as the very best you can be. Visualize how you want to look. Visualize reaching your goals. Create a vision board.6. Get moving – take ACTION on achieving your goals. Once you are moving, have a sense of urgency…it will separate you from those who are “just talking about doing it!” Be disciplined and you will reach more goals and accomplish what you set out to accomplish.
