1. OverviewThis contract is the Auto Parts Immediate Need Aftermarket contract for the maintenance and repair of vehicles. This is a NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Contract, which has been open and competitively bid by the State of Oklahoma (Master Agreement # 0900006747). Products are available through the Awarded Contractor’s authorized dealer network. A list of Authorized Dealers are available on WEBS. The State of Washington has elected to join this cooperative contract by signing a Participating Addendums (PA) with the Vendors on contract.

This contract is for the outright purchase of Auto Parts (aftermarket).

And additional contract is available for Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) Aftermarket Automotive Parts for OEM parts. This contract is not for immediate need, delivery will take up to 1 day or more depending on the location. Please see contract 05018 for details.

3. How to use this contractCustomers can order parts through any of the Authorized Dealers listed in the “Authorized Dealer List for Immediate Need Aftermarket Automotive Parts.” An account is required by each vendor to access the discounts and benefits associated with this contract; we recommend Customers proactively set up accounts with the above listed Vendors. Customers can use various avenues to source required parts – telephone, email, fax, and vendor website.

Off Contract Purchases: This contract intends to meet the immediate repair and maintenance needs of fleet operations. However, this contract may not always meet the immediate needs of fleet operations and it may be appropriate for customers to make purchase from non-contract suppliers. In such cases, State Agency Customers must ensure proper documentation accordingly in their procurement file; i.e. follow WPM guidelines, obtain approval from their agency purchasing department, etc.

4. Choose an Authorized Dealer Select an Authorized Dealer from the “Authorized Dealer List for Immediate Need Aftermarket Automotive Parts” above. We recommend selecting Authorized Dealers based on proximity to Customer place of operation or need for speedy delivery.

7. Delivery Schedules Standard in stock items are generally expected to be delivered in 45 minutes within a 5 mile radius of the respective supplier store; please confirm with supplier at time of order. Non-stock items shall be delivered within 1 day or less, or as agreed to by Customer and Vendor. Vendor is expected to notify Customer should delivery changes arise, and arrive at a mutually agreed upon time for rescheduled delivery.

8. Shipping All prices offered are FOB destination, with exception to emergency orders. All emergency or rushed deliveries that requires special shipping and handling should be at the ordering entities expense, with prior approval from Customer. Vendor shall assume costs associated with shipping errors by fault of Vendor; including required subsequent emergency shipping.

9. Payment Procurement Cards (P-Cards) are an accepted form of payment.

10. Returns and Exchanges Any products purchased through this contract may be returned within six (6) months at no cost for a full refund, so long as it is in the original cartons, is unused and in resalable condition.
