Court Order in Californians Aware v. Pasadena Area Community College District

Embed Size (px)

DESCRIPTION

Los Angeles Superior Count Judge declares null and void an agreement by the Pasadena Area Community College board to pay its outgoing president more than $400,000 in settlement of his litigation claim. The reason: the board refused to disclose the fact of the claim as a basis for the closed session to confer with counsel, thus violating the Ralph M. Brown Act.
