• WTM participants and teams have 24 hours to complete as many laps of the course as possible and have until 1:30 PM on Sunday to complete their final lap.
• Participants must complete each lap and every obstacle in its entirety. If unable to complete an obstacle, they must complete the penalty option instead. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
• Obstacles without a penalty must be completed or will result in disqualification.• Participants will only be allowed to enter the pit area after completing a full lap. • Participants must complete or be in pursuit of a lap after 8:00 AM on Sunday to be
considered a WTM 2018 finisher and receive the black headband.

• Watch the start at 12:00pm on Saturday.• Throughout the event you can watch athletes complete a variety of
obstacles around the course. Follow the spectator routes to see the obstacles.
• Follow the Purple Route to see Block Ness Monster, The Gauntlet, Leap of Faith, Mud Mile 2.0, and Everest 2.0.
• Finisher headbands will be handed out to all finishers who cross the finish line between 8:00am and 1:30pm on Sunday. Be sure to be there to cheer the athletes on.
• Spectator routes are suggested areas of the course to watch World’s Toughest Mudder 2018 athletes.
• Spectators will not be able to follow their family and friends through every obstacle.
• Medical assistance is available at all major obstacles as well as the main medical tent at the start line.
• Only Pit Crew and Athletes are permitted in the pit at any time.• Spectators are forbidden from assisting runners in any way. This
includes offering food or drink, pacing, and physically assisting runners in any way. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event.

Tough Mudder is challenging all individual Elite Contenders at WTM 2018. The winning Male to run 115 miles will earn a total prize purse of $20,000. The winning Female to run 95 miles will earn a prize purse of $20,000. In order to be eligible, all individuals must:
• Be registered and compete as an Elite Contender• Not have been disqualified for any reason at any time
NOTE: • If multiple athletes complete the mileage, the bonus will go to the
Male/Female that finishes in first place.
