‘LEGAL’ Vs “Lawful”
• What is ‘LEGAL’? THEY decide and words have very different meanings!
They call these ‘Legalese’
• What is “Lawful”?
“You” decide and words are opposite in normal Parlance.

Power of the ‘Common Law’
• “Common-law/ EQUITY lien” (is a species of lien described as:)
• One known to or granted by the common/Equity law, as distinguished from statutory, equitable, and maritime liens… It is a right extended to a Native to retain that which is in his possession belonging to another, until the demand or charge of the person in possession is paid or satisfied.

“Common Law”• As distinguished from law created by the
enactment of legislatures, the common law comprises the body of those principles and rules of action, relating to the government and security of persons and property, which derive their authority solely from usages and customs of immemorial antiquity, or from the judgments and decrees of the courts recognising, affirming and enforcing such usages and customs; and, in this sense, particularly the ancient, unwritten law of England.

• Latin – A creature of law; an artificial being, as contrasted with a natural person. Applied to corporations, considered as deriving their existence entirely from the law.

• 1) The Imperial Laws Application Act 1988 (Common Law is Superior to the subordinate Statute Law in this land… if you know how to access it!)
• 2) The Personal Property and Securities Act 2000 (Incorporates the Chattels Transfer Act, the Motor Vehicles Securities Act and the Companies Act)
The 10 Foundational Maxims of Commerce
• 1) A workman is worthy of his hire.
