The cms2Email™ product allows you to easily email invoices, customer statements, purchase orders and other reports to anyone.

So you can email out of any Windows based application that has the ability to print. The software converts the output to PDF, asks if you want to email it. If you select the email option, it launches your email client (eg. MS Outlook) attaches the PDF automatically and you’re ready to pull the address(es) from your address book, add any comments and send it on its way.

1. Choose Print from your application and select PDFCreator, click “OK”.

2. Enter any file information you want to save and then choose “eMail”.

3. You will then need to choose where you would like the file saved. Click “Save”

4. A blank email message will now appear with your file as an attachment.

• To keep the file updated, rerun the file daily/weekly/monthly as needed

• To optimize this feature, staff should be trained to manually add items that a customer inquires about and any item that the staff feels that the customer might be interested in.
