DISCRETE COMPONENTS
TRAINER
The discrete component trainer is designed mainly to study characteristics of basic semiconductor devices such as Diodes, BJT, FET, MOSFET, UJT,
PUT, DIAC, TRIAC, SCR, IGBT, LDR, Photo transistor, Photo Diode etc. To achieve flexibility in design, various resources such as Resistor, Capacitor,
Diode and Potentiometer banks of different values are provided on board.
Using some of the on-board resources, user can design small applications. Relay and opto coupler is provided to study their functionality and
characteristics. On-board variable regulated positive and negative power supply is available to cater to the needs of different supply voltages
required in the design. The trainer system is provided with descriptive experimental manual.
