HD-MRMultotec’s heavy-duty pump range has been designed to transport highly-dense and corrosive slurries in a wide range of processing applications.

Their specialized designs feature a combination of wet materials: chrome, rubber, various grades of stainless steel alloys, as well as the newly developed SH46 material. SH46 is an advanced, high-chrome material that is highly resistant to abrasion, giving your HD pump superior protection from abrasive and erosive pumping applications.

This pump features interchangeable pump liners to simplify maintenance and lower the cost of ownership.

With discharge sizes varying from 25 to 300 mm, this heavy-duty pump range provides high-performance efficiencies up to 2000 m3/hr.

DESIGN CARACTERISTICS

The vertical spindle range is suited for all sump applications: spillage and carbon transfer. Available in different spindle lengths and materials.

Our ST pump range is known for its induced flow impeller, making it the ideal choice for applications where large or stringy solids are being handled. It is also well-suited for use in the C.I.P. process.

All pumps are available in cast iron, 27% chrome and stainless steel. Rubber-lined wear parts are also available.
