Level 1 probabilistic model code
Summary of Zürich conclusions
•Level of sophistication: RV discretisation, time invariant models
•Short term strength: LN tail fitting for timber and EWP, correlation models (other properties than bending strength)
•DOL: time invariant probabilistic formulation
•Size effects: parametric equation based height/length effects on material strength and stiffness
•System effects: discretisation into components arranged in logical systems (e.g. serial /parallel). Linearisation and iterative processes.
