Corus Building Systems has a wide

variety of steel and aluminium roof

decking, cladding profiles as well as

metal roof tiles. The profiles are

specifically designed to provide

long span capacity, good load

bearing capacity and structural

efficiency.

As the demand for noise reduction

materials is growing, Corus Building

Systems has developed a range of

roof deck and cladding profiles with

acoustic perforations.

Secret fix system standing seams

combine low roof pitch (minimal 1,5°)

with long continuous sheets,

avoiding end laps.

Both steel and aluminium roof

decking profiles can be supplied

curved and with a range of

accessories (flashings etc.) to close

the building envelope. This gives

architects the freedom to express

their creativity.

That impossible building could be

possible now !

A whole range of metallic and

organic coatings finishes for all

weather protection and durability can

be supplied. Futhermore, Corus

Building Systems can offer a reverse

side anti condensation layer for

several applications.

Roofing products






Corus Building Systems offers

quality roll-formed profiled sheetings

with varying cover, width and depth,

suitable for all spans and

aesthetic requirements. The built up

systems consist of profiled steel liner

panels (spacer systems that create

an optimal insulation void) and a

profiled metal outer sheet (either

secret fix or with through fix).

Corus Building Systems also

provides a range of distinctive and

aesthetic, smooth or ribbed

panels/cassettes and plank profiles.

The complete systems, including all

details and accessories, provide a

total solution for all weather

proofing, insulation, acoustic and fire

resistance requirements.

Both smooth and crimped curved

sheets are available .

The whole range of built up systems

can be obtained in each of the Corus

coated qualities.Wall cladding


For more than thirty years, the Kalzip

system has been used in the design

of buildings all over the world. Its

renowned aluminium standing seam

roof, together with its wall cladding

and panel system provides a total

building envelope solution.

It combines low weight with high

strength and offers maximum durability.

A wide scope of different shapes is

offered: from very low pitch roofs

to arched roof designs, from

concave and tapered surfaces to

dome like shapes. This varity offers

architects an unlimited freedom in

design.

Kalzip can be produced on the site,

allowing the use of extremely long

lengths.

Kalzip is offered in different finishes:

from stucco-embossed to organic

coated sheets. The recently

launched Kalzip AluPlusZinc

combines the classic zinc finish with

high durability and versatility of

aluminium.

Kalzip NatureRoof - the world’s first

metal based green roof system -

provides a safe and solid basis for

landscaped roofs.

Energy saving Photo Voltaic Solar

systems can be offered fully

Corus Building Systems offers an

extensive range of roof and wall

composite panels. For insulation as

well as structural performance, a wide

range of CFC/HCFC free foams or

highly fire resistant mineral wool is

used.

Secret fix and through fix wall panels

can be offered in different facings:

microrib, light profile, flat or stucco

embossed facings.

A range of bespoke, bonded,

composite panels for architectural

wall applications complement the

traditional wall offerings.

The strong aesthetic appeal of com-

posite panels and the wide range of

Corus materials, coatings and colours

give a unique level of architectural

freedom creating exiting offerings for

both designers and owners.

Composite panel systems




Corus Building Systems is the

European market leader in composite

floor decking and has developed

a range of profiles that can be used

in a large variety of applications.

With the Corus Slimdek system,

spans of 6 metres can be achieved

unpropped. And using props during

the construction stage, it can extend

the feasible span up to 9 metres.

This revolutionary system allows

slimmer floor structures. The weight

decreases and it becomes possible to

construct more floors in the same

building height. With the capability for

fast construction and high fire

resistance the Slimdek system offers

considerable benefits.

Our composite flooring range always

offers high potential, fast track

construction.

Using composite slabs along with

steel beams reduces structural steel

dimensions and weight requirements.

This in turn reduces the requirements

of the foundations and the overall

framework costs.

Flooring






Corus Building Systems has created

a wide range of perforated sheets,

supplying solutions for many creative

ideas of architects and designers.

Along with a large variety of standard

perforation shapes, special designed

shapes can be ordered.

Perforated products can be supplied

in (galvanized) steel, stainless steel,

aluminium, copper or other metals.

They are traditionally used in

balconies, stairways, acoustic panels,

solar shading, walls and ceilings, and

new applications appear every day!

Corus Building System is not only

a supplier of cladding and decking,

but also of metal building products

for the construction industry.

Light structural elements

Corus Building Systems supplies a

range of steel purlins and wallstuds.

Many of these elements are combined

in the Corus Framing system

"Surebuild". It provides an

ecologically friendly, flexible light-

weight and fast construction system

applied for both residential and

commercial buildings. Furthermore

this lightweight system saves

foundation costs and has a heat

isolation that is approximately 40%

higher than brick and block

constructions.

Lintels and Mesh Products

Building on its strength in the steel

lintels market, Corus Building Systems

also provides a comprehensive variety

of components such as wall ties,

fixing bands and plasterer’s profiles

which are manufactured to the same

industry-leading high standards.

Rainwater Systems

Corus Building Systems offers the

modular eaves gutter system

Rainmaster that can be combined

with all of the Corus roof products

and composite panels.

The system is specifically designed to

lead rainwater from eaves to ground

drainage in an effective and

economic manner and elegantly

provides a shadowline between roof

and walls.

The system is made of hot dipped

galvanized steel and coated with

HPS200 to complement the wall and

roof cladding.

Flashings

Corus flashings are custom made to

the highest quality standards.

Designed to match the profiles,

flashings not only allow greater

freedom in building design, but also

enhance architectural appearance.

The flashings are available in steel

and aluminium (just like the profiles)

and can be supplied in various

colours and finishes.

Corus Building Systems has also

developed complex,

curved flashings and provides many

options such as open or closed welts,

lock rolled edges, tapered flashings

and ventilation components.

Doors

As part of the building envelope,

Corus Building Systems can supply a

range of high performance personnel

and industrial doors. Performance in

high security environments is also a

feature of our rugged product range.

They are perfectly suited for industrial

and commercial buildings, both for

new build and replacement.
