(APR. 20, 2018)—AFI began this investigation in 2012 to tryand understand why the U.S. Supreme Court failed to protectLeader Technologies’ revolutionary invention of social networking—even after Leader proved that Facebook infringed their patenton 11 of 11 claims.

What we have discovered is a labyrinth of organized sin andcorruption that permeates practically every institution on ourplanet. Besides watching the Leader v. Facebook court ignorewell-settled precedent so that they could to protect Facebook,the judges themselves held volumes of Facebook financialinterests.

Judges are expressly prohibited by their sworn Code of Conductfrom engaging in such immoral and illegal activity. They areprohibited from holding “even one share” by a spouse in alitigant. The Senior Executive Services (SES) includes over 8,000 Obamastay-behind senior federal employees in all agencies of the U.S.government. They openly state that they cannot be fired by thePresident, which means they are not accountable to our Republicand have a law unto themselves. See our previous post Obamahired them. Former FBI Director James B. Comey’s book title speaks volumes:A Higher Loyalty. OVERSEAS PRIVATE INVESTMENTCORPORATION (OPIC)

The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) was formedon January 19, 1971 in an amendment to the Foreign AssistanceAct of 1961. The Act had previously formed the United StatesAgency for International Development (USAID) which is closelyaligned with OPIC’s seditious activity.

OPIC is actually a corporation whose sole shareholder is the U.S.Secretary of State. The SES provides the executive staffing andleadership for OPIC. Note that the Crown Agents in the UKadopted an identical organizational structure in 1995, see below.

Herein is the scandalous scamming of America. Throughconvoluted legal gobbledygook, OPIC as a company and not afederal agency per se is solely “owned” by the Secretary ofState. OPIC is staffed by the SES who state openly that theycannot be fired by the President, and therefore by directinference don’t work for him—even though the Presidentappoints the Secretary of State, their sole shareholder. As if thiscould not get more twisted, the Secretary of State is an SESmember and technically cannot be fired by the President, whoworks for We The People.  This likely means that We The People

have no control over SES or OPIC—even though we fund themboth. The lawyers who wrote these laws and regulations (andthen protect these entities from FOIA transparency) should beshot for this treasonous word play.

While Rex Tillerson recently left his position as Secretary ofState, being SES himself, we doubt he was fired. Just look at howAttorney General Jefferson B. Sessions—also SES—is stubbornlyhanging on, almost begging the President to challenge his SESemployment protections.

OPIC is run by the SES according to the Plum Books from 1996,2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 (named after their purple titlesheet . . . and the "Purple Revolution?") The 2016 Plum Booksstate clearly on p. 218. Since the documents intentionally fail todefine the phrase “independent regulatory commission” it couldmean anything if challenged and must be assumed to mean allSES members. Whether narrowly or broadly defined, thousands offederal employees fall into this insulation from Presidentialauthority:

Moore,holding Facebook stock that they did notdisclose to the litigants, and later tried toexcuse through a quick motion slipped in atthe last minute by the Clerk of Court, JanHorbaly, and his close friends at The FederalCircuit Bar Association. (The DC Barsubsequently revealed that Mr. Horbaly is notlicensed to practice law in Washington D.C.) The judges ignored shocking new evidencethat Mark Zuckerberg withheld 28 hard drivesof 2003-2004 evidence from LeaderTechnologies that could prove actual theft(and therefore claims even more serious thaninfringement). In addition, Facebook's appealattorney, Thomas G. Hungar of Gibson DunnLLP, has close personal ties to just aboutevery judicial player in this story. Themisconduct appears to reach into the U.S.Patent Office through abuse of thereexamination process by Facebook. We willstay focused on Leader v. SI International’s officers included S. Bradford Antle who,according to his Bloomberg biography, was still working forLockheed Martin, where he was leading Lockheed Martin'sWashington Technical Operations with 1,700 employees. Otherofficers came from the U.S.  Intelligence supplier CACI, Inc. andGen. R. Thomas Marsh came from MITRE Corp. Marsh is SES.

On Dec. 28, 2008, Serco Group PLC (UK) bought SI Internationaland renamed it Serco, Inc. aka Serco Services, Inc. andappointed S. Bradford Antle its President. The Lockheed logo onthis deal is evident.

On Nov. 10, 1998, AWE Management Limited was incorporated inthe United Kingdom by two lawyers who had one share each. Thisis a standard way lawyers start companies without involving thefounders in order to handle the perfunctory formation paperworkwhich usually gets amended later.

On Dec. 13, 1999, Serco Limited facilitated the updating of thestock to the real owners British Nuclear Fuels Plc (50,000 Ashares – Golden Shares controlled by the Crown), LockheedMartin (50,000 B shares) and Serco (49,998 C shares).

Remember, just a year earlier on Oct. 14, 1998 Lockheed’sdirector S. Bradford Antle had just started Serco’s USpredecessor SI International in Chicago.

Serco and Lockheed Martin hold 2/3rd of the shares in AWEManagement Limited (UK). AWE stands for Atomic WeaponsEstablishment. AWE runs Britain’s nuclear programs for weaponsgrade materials. The other 1/3rd of AWE shares are held byBritish Nuclear Fuels Limited (BNFL). Most importantly, theQueen holds a “Golden Share” in AWE and its uranium miningmega supplier Rio Tinto Plc giving her ultimate control.  HerGolden Share gives her absolute control.

The FederalCircuit was specially formed toappoint patent-knowledgeablejudges to patent cases. There is noevidence so far in the judicialdisclosures that Judge Wallachholds stock in Facebook, althoughwhen he was asked on a motion todisclose potential Facebookholdings and other conflicts ofinterest, he refused along with theother judges. JudgeWallach continuedin silence evenafter Clerk ofCourt Horbalyfailed to providehim with Dr.Lakshmi Arunachalam’s motions(according to his Federal Circuitstaffer Valeri White), and yet the

Now we see HSBC involved inthis brew. It should be noted again that former FBI Director James B. Comey was chief counsel ofHSBC in 2013, being paid about $10 million for less than a year of employment.

To make this circumstance even more unscrupulously confusing,the AWE Limited (UK) annual report on Dec. 31, 2016 actuallysays in very slimy lawyerly parsing that “The directors considerLockheed Martin Corporation, a company registered in the USA,as the ultimate parent undertaking and controlling entity.”

They did not mention the Queen’s Golden Share that ultimatelycontrols everything having to do with uranium and atomicweapons production in the UK. The Queen, via Rio Tinto, actuallysells these companies uranium ore to produce the nuclear fuel—that is enriched in America!

So, did the AWE directors check with the Queen before makingthis deceptive statement? Did the Ernst and Young LLP auditorsinclude this slippery language to give the directors, officers andCrown deniability about their duplicity? The later seems mostlikely. The auditors probably slaved mightily over thisobfuscation. Such material nondisclosures are likely criminaloffenses, especially considering the grave national interestsinvolving Britain's nuclear arsenal.

JudgeWallach also failed to police hiscourt’s violation of Leader’s Fifthand 14th Amendment constitutionalright to due process when heparticipated in the fabrication ofnew arguments and evidence forFacebook in the secrecy of judge'schambers after he had justinvalidated Facebook’s soleremaining item of evidence (usingdisbelieved testimony as ostensibleevidence of an opposite). JudgeWallach also failed to police hiscourt when he failed to apply theSupreme Court's Pfaff v. WellsElectronics, Inc. test for on-salebar evidence, which included eventhe Federal Circuit’s own GroupOne v. If we are to believe the AWE directors, Lockheed Martin controlsthe British nuclear program!

If we are to believe British Companies House filings, the Queencontrols the nuclear program by way of her Golden Shares.

Something is horribly wrong with this picture, especially whenone adds the Uranium One, Clinton, Putin, Mueller fiasco into themix. It appears more and more likely that Putin and the Crownwere jockeying over control of global uranium mining rights (RioTinto vs. Rosatom). Bill and Hillary Clinton knew this, so theyplayed the American card since the Queen's ore is enriched in theU.S. in Eunice, New Mexico.

The Queen holds a Golden Share (100% control) of Rio Tinto, thatoperates numerous mines in Canada. In this scenario, theUranium One deal appears to have been Bill & Hillary and TheClinton Foundation injecting themselves in the middle to get apiece of the financial action. The Kazakhstan "deal" was probablya sham, a cover, just leverage. Mueller was used as a goat toshow the quality of the Eunice, NM processing of the Queen's(READ: Frank Giustra) ore.

If the former is true, then British sovereignty over its nationalsecurity has been ceded to Lockheed Martin.

If the latter is true, then America’s national security has beentraded away by Lockheed Martin who is managing multiple setsof national interests and is, therefore, sometimes acting againstthe United States in its dealing with the United Kingdom.

Who are the common threads here? Former FBI Director James B.Comey and former Lockheed Martin director of TechnicalOperations in Washington, D.C. S. Bradford Antle.

It is important here to note a longer Serco thread that reachesback almost a century. Serco was founded in 1929 as RCAServices Limited, a UK division of the Radio Corporation ofAmerica (RCA). In 1985, General Electric purchased RCA. Two

years later in 1987, the UK managers of RCA bought the RCA UKoperations and changed the name to Serco in 1988.

These events within Serco (UK) occurred right when S. BradfordAntle worked for General Electric (and probably facilitated thesale, with the plan to eventually work for Lockheed, former SIInternational, then have Serco UK buy in to the US classifiedbusiness via SI International). These sorts of devious convolutionshave come to be expected by our researchers.

So more likely, the Queen controls the nuclear activities of bothLockheed Martin and Serco in Britain. This control then walksback to the U.S. via URENCO LIMITED (UK).

URENCO manages the U.S. nuclear enrichment plant in Eunice,NM. Curiously, in their 2018 annual report, URENCO disguisestheir British 1/3rd ownership by British Nuclear Fuels Limited(BNFL) and says instead that “Enrichment Investment Limited”(EIL) is the holder. Further investigation shows that EIL is a mereshell front for British Nuclear Fuels Limited. Why the deception?
