IMASENは1932年、自動車用電気式警音器（ナイトホーン）の国産化に成功、1939年に株式会社として設立以来、日本のモー
タリゼーションの進展とともに成長し、自動車メーカーのよきパートナーとして、今日の信頼と実績を着実に築いてまいりま

しかしながら、昨今の自動車業界を取り巻く環境は、グローバル化の進展に伴い、めまぐるしい変化が続いています。

In 1932, IMASEN succeeded in the domestic production of electronic alarm horns (Knight Horn) for automobiles. Since becoming established as a publicly traded corporation in 1939, we have grown along with the expansion of motorization in Japan, and carefully built our current level of reliability and performance as a good partner for automobile manufacturers. However, due to continued globalization, the automotive industry continues to be subjected to a series of whirlwind changes. At IMASEN, we believe this is our chance to press forward with innovations, rather than rest on our laurels, and are therefore aspiring to make further significant leaps forward. Keeping in mind the spirit of “Quality products, Competitive prices, and Timely delivery” at the time or company was founded, we aim to become an automotive parts manufacturer that meets the expectations of all customers around the world through the collective knowledge and wisdom of our entire staff by (1) building a distinctive company, (2) establishing a corporate stance that focuses on quality, (3) developing products superior to those of all competitors, and (4) supporting and providing training for superior human resources. These are our main products.We’ve been producing those products, Seat adjusters for the vehicles, which are mechanical components offering the adjustment functions such as changing seat positions variously by reclining, sliding and height-moving.Responding to the evolution of the car technology, we are developing the electronized, high-function and light-weight products furthermore.And we aim to be the world top maker of Seat adjuster by continuing to make products lead the world technologically and merchantability.

In addition mechanical products, we’ve been producing Electric units which control device for the electric equipment, Electric horns which is the first product at the founding our company and lamp products such as Room lamp and Rear combination lamp.The market for Electric Units is expanding in further progress of the electronization of car-mounted products.We’ve posisioned electric products as the second-pillar business and will contribute environmental preservation and automotive safety by our unique products.

それがIMASENの「モノづくり」の理念です。
IMASENでは、研究開発・設計に始まり、試作、型治具・専用機械設計および製作、
プレス、 溶接、機械加工、表面処理、樹脂成形、組立に至るまで一貫した製造技術を
駆使し、設備の自動化ならびに製品の切り替えへの弾力的な対応を追求しながら、
「モノづくり」に関する効率化とトータルエンジニアリングの拡充に努めています。
IMASEN’s manufacturing philosophy is “the world’s highest quality at the lowest cost.” IMASEN uses an integrated production system that includes research and development, design, prototyping, die jig and specialized equipment design, stamping, welding, machining, surface treatment, molding, and assembly. We are pursuing the automation of facilities and flexible product switching, while striving to expand efficiency and total engineering in regards to manufacturing.

IMASENグループの将来を担うマザー工場として2007年6月より稼働しました。
大型プレス機の導入によって内製率を高めたプレス工程に始まり、
同期生産ラインを採用した溶接、塗装、組立工程までの一貫生産体制を構築しており、
中間在庫の削減、省人を図るほか、品質確認工程の導入による品質改善などを
織り込んだシートアジャスタの最新鋭工場です。
ここで築いた生産ノウハウをグローバル拠点に展開しています。
This plant was opened in June 2007 as the mother plant for the future of the IMASEN group. We introduced large stamping machines for improved stamping efficiency, established an integrated production system with a synchronous production line for welding, painting, and assembly, reduced intermediate stock, and reduced personnel. In addition, we introduced a quality confirmation process to create a state-of-the-art plant for the production of high-quality seat adjusters.We will spread the production know-how developed at this plant to all of our business locations around the world.
