Intesa San Paolo Group Service is the

subsidiary of Intesa San Paolo which

provides all services to the Group’s

banks.

Exprivia is partner of Intesa San Paolo

Group Service to create a new

application architecture for Banca IMI.

Within this project Exprivia has a

central role especially in the process of

migrating the application Murex from

version 2 to version 3.

This role has been recognized for the

knowledge, expertise and experience

in the management of the Murex

application demonstrated as a supplier

of reference for this platform in the

two companies of the Group, Intesa

Sanpaolo and Banca IMI.

IRCSS Fondazione Santa Lucia

Exprivia has provided a fully integrated

hospital information system includes

the modules of the clinical care and for

all administrative area.

Particularly in health care has been

provided e4Cure Suite that includes all

modules for the management of

patient clinical processes, which

include the functionality of electronic

health record for the management of

rehabilitation techniques.

Exprivia manages the services of

application maintenance and

ongoing maintenance of ERP

systems of the Human Resources

Group of the Italian Post Office.

In particular Exprivia manage the

processes concerning service’s

organization, the technical topics

of the system (personal, payroll,

stamps, travel), the staff’s training,

the compensation policies and

contract renewals.

International expansion represents a fundamental strategic component for Exprivia growth

that will be realized through parallel initiatives aimed at strengthening and better penetrating

emerging global markets:

Madrid and is a start-up dedicated to developing

IT solutions and systems for the healthcare sector

in the Spanish market.

Prosap SLShareholding: 51.12%

ProSap is a Spanish company that was founded in

2002, with subsidiaries in Mexico, Guatemala and

Peru, offering professional services in SAP,

systems integration and application management

for large and medium-sized businesses

Exprivia do BrasilShareholding: 97%

Exprivia do Brasil Serviços de Informatica Ltda is a

Brazilian company specialised in IT security

solutions and has approximately 16 employees in

its headquarters in Sao Paulo.

Our solutions were choosen to

support the credit lending process

for all customer segments and for

leasing operations in the foreign

banks of the group.
