An increase in global demand for polymer materials, driven by the cost, higher performance and
environmental advantages could be satisfied by 2 solutions:
GLOBAL PROBLEM AND MARKET CHALLENGES
2
A synergy of the best properties of composite components
Weight reduction of the productEnvironmentally responsible production process of the composite material
Decreasing the cost of the productIndustrial scalability of modification technologies
Market challenges in the field of composite materials
Increasing durability and recyclability of the product to increase lifespan and reduce plastic waste

synthesis of new
polymers
modification of the known
polymers (hybrid)
Many polymers are immiscible and incompatible by nature.
Polymer modification can solve this problem by the changing of chemical and physical structure of materials.
As a result, it is possible to develop new composite materials with a unique combination of physical and chemical features:
Barrier property and etc.
Impact resistant
Fire retardant
Low/High temperatureresistant
Abrasive resistant
Chemical resistant

GRAFT POLYMER ‘GREEN’ ECO CREDENTIALS
13
• “Clean recycling scrap matrix” GP is using a clean scrap raw materials
from one of the biggest recycling collector in EU during the production of
“ECO LINE” modifiers.
• Closed system loop - modern processing techniques are used during the
modified polymers production to minimise waste almost to zero.
• Toxic raw materials are not used, we only use environmental
REACH/ROHS certificated raw materials in our process.
• Production of specialised recycling polymer additives increases the
strength of recycled blends and plastic products for plastic waste.
• Our Proprietary co-agents and redox initiating system are used during the
grafting process which improves efficiency and allows a decrease in the
dosage by 50% to the end client.

All intellectual property of the Group is held by Graft Polymer IP.
The Group maintains strict commercial privacy around newly developed products
and technologies and seeks patent protection once a product is commercially
established.
The Group holds several patents.
• Patent Application № P-202100024- Super-saturable self-nano emulsifying drug
delivery system (SNEDDS) for poorly water-soluble pharmaceutical
compositions and method of its preparation.

The GRAFTAPOR is a porous carrier product can be manufactured by Graft
Polymer from a wide range of polymer matrices and can host a wider range of
additives. customers can blend immiscible additives into a polymeric
compound and guarantee a superior control of additives during the
manufacturing process including greater safety for staff, the
avoidance of any blowing agents in the polymer compounds,
and high and consistent absorption rates.

GRAFT POLYMER ‘INNOVATIONS’
19
GRAFTAMER VTR, in particular, creates a cost-effective commercial method of manufacturing VITRIMERS, a novel class
of polymers discovered in 2011, and is able to do so from a wide range of precursors including HDPE, polybutylene
terephthalate (PBT), and polyester. Vitrimers effectively combine the attractive features of both thermoset and
thermoplastic polymers, on the base of a low-cost thermoplastic, creating a finished blend that is mechanically strong and
solvent resistant, which can be thermoformed, and
which can be READILY RECYCLED at the end of its
operating life. These products allow our customers
to implement novel manufacturing processes giving
attractive costs and finished properties.

HFFR, The Company has developed several unique synthetic
techniques that produce co-agents for the modification
process and enable the production of HFFR product families
in both liquid and solid forms.
Our GRAFTASYNT HFFR product is a flame-retardant liquid
additive, based on boron chemistry, that can achieve UL94 V-0
rating (burning stops within 10 seconds on a vertical
specimen, standard for safety-critical electronics) at low
loading levels and is suitable for both thermoset and liquid
polymeric systems. In addition, our product causes no
discoloration and is effective at low dosage.
