Digital Strategies

10

The strategy must afford an extensible, scalable suite of capabilities that not only solve for the known, but also are flexible enough to solve for the future “unknown”. Doing this without completing reworking the Corporate Information Factory Ecosystem.

Roadmap and plan for the Disruption

12

In a Digital world you must plan a roadmap for your Corporate Information Factory that takes into account:

• Data In Motion• Limitless Data Origination Points• Micro Data Analysis that “may” need to align to your overall corporate

data analysis strategy/roadmap• Where to handle operational reporting as transactional system that no

longer support reporting• Provision all data into the data lake with “data outlets” for what is

important (Core, Semantics)

Allow room for additional items to be added to the roadmap due to unexpected opportunities.
