We offer the full range of ancillary services, Sheriff Officer Bailiff & Tracing. Prices will be provided at point ofneed along with our recommendations, and the final decision always sits with you.
DARCEY QUIGLEY & Co OUR STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS1. Our service is risk free with our no win no fee packages (excluding ancillary services & international recovery).
2. Our fee is taken from the oldest invoice date.
3. Fees are applicable to recovered monies, products or equipment.
4. Only on successful recovery we apply a minimum fee of £120 for UK debts and £250 on International debts.
5. On International recoveries a retainer of £250 will be charged which is fully refundable on successful recovery.
6. Any cases cancelled by the client after instruction will be fee’d at the agreed rates unless special conditions apply: i.e. the case is liquidated, disputed or they enter into a CVA.
7. Where we investigate and identify clients missing payments Darcey Quigley & Co will charge an administration fee in line with our current fee structure. Capped at £265.
8. Clients are prohibited from using our COMPANY NAME - Darcey Quigley & Co in any discussions or communication with your customer unless we have received formal recovery instruction, where we identify our name has been used you will be liable for a fee in line with our current fee structure.
9. All our fees are subject to VAT.
10. Our invoice terms are strictly 7 days from date of our invoice.
