this beautiful chelsea home has a long history with our company and is typical of our provenance and longevity in the london market. First acquired by us in 1996, we continued to advise the owner until the recent point of sale where we obtained a record price after a successful marketing campaign. to complete the service, we acquired the owner’s onward purchase and found them a short term rental to allow for building works to be completed.
