You manage the Talkgroup Scan List for 7 .6 and before clients (except 7 .6 Android) .

7 .10 and above clients are capable of managing the Talkgroup scan list from the client itself . For these subscribers, you can just enable/disable this functionality .

Note: 7 .6 Android and 7 .7 clients support the Talkgroup Select feature from the handset itself and you do not manage the Talkgroup Select . Inter-op clients do not support any talk group scanning feature . Dispatch clients manage the scan list from the dispatch client itself . You do not manage the feature for the dispatch clients .

TroubleshootingHierarchy View IssuesI do not see tooltip on client type icon when I am in the hierarchy view.It is a current limitation that, in hierarchy view, mouse over on any client type icons like Dispatch Client, is not displayed .

On multiple selections on hierarchy view, I get more records than what I selected. It is a current limitation that, in hierarchy view, mouse over on any client type icons like Dispatch Client, is not displayed .

Scenario 11 . Login to CAT and go to Hierarchy View .

2 . Select any FAN .

3 . CTRL+click on any single BAN after showed from respective FAN .

4 . It should be selected and show only thirty subscriber in multiple subscribers view but its showing 983 subscribers, 50 subscribers per page .

Current Behavior• CTRL+ click on BAN: technology

• All the FAN level records are showing instead of only displaying BAN (technology) level records .

Work AroundUnder child node of BAN technology, select individually one by one record and multi view shows fine .

Login IssuesAfter I login, I do not see any subscribers in the Master-List Management navigation area. Please contact AT&T . There may not be any PTT subscribers added to your corporation .

When I login, I get an “Invalid Corporate ID” error. Please contact AT&T . Your corporation may not have been set up correctly .

Manage Contacts IssuesI selected Bob and gave him Jen as a contact. However, when I select Jen, I do not see Bob as her contact. The assignment of contacts does not work both ways . For this example, select Jen and manually assign Bob as a contact to her from the Manage Contacts tab .

Master-List Management IssuesOn the Master-List Management page, I see only view groups. Why am I not allowed to assign a group to the subscriber? The groups are automatically added to a subscriber when the subscriber is added as a member to a group . To assign groups, go to the Manage Groups tab and select the Group to which the subscriber needs to be a member . Once the changes are saved to the group, the View Groups area on the Master-List Management page shows the assigned groups .

When using Win 8.1 OS, I Cannot Perform Multiple Selection in the Master-List using CTRL+A in all browsers.Click on a subscriber in the Master-List; change the filter type to any other client type (For e .g ., 3rd Party) . Again select All in the filters and then press CTRL+A, all the subscribers will now be selected . The first time UI is launched, CTRL+A is not working but after changing between filters, it is now working .

Sub-List IssuesI added Sofia to a Sub-List where Bob is also a member. Bob got Sofia as contact, but Sofia did not get Bob as a contact. Why?You do not manage external Subscriber’s contacts and groups . The administrator of his or her corporation manages them . You do not have the rights to push any contacts or groups to an external contact . Contact the external subscriber’s administrator to perform the reverse assignment .

Page 70: Corporate Admin User Guide 5 - AT&T Wireless...to the “Searching” section of this document . Click the Add New Sub-List button to create a new sub list . Manage Groups The Manage

65

I created a sub-list titled "East Zone" but the handsets of the members do not show that sub- list. Why?A Sub-List’s visibility is in the Corporate Admin Tool only . The members of the sub-list get each other as contacts, thus each member of "East Zone" will get all other members as contacts .

User Interface IssuesWhen I click on the Corporate Admin Tool link, nothing happens.Enable pop-ups on your browser . Refer to the Ensuring Correct Display of the Web Site section of this document for more information on how to enable popups in your web browser .

The layout of Tool is not displaying properly and some UI Components are not functioning properly. Please make sure you are using the right version of the browser . Refer to "Required Browsers" for more information .

I can not re-sync. The button is disabled. Save your changes by clicking the Save button .
