The Corolla Pack Range

The Corolla Pack series of condensing, pre-mix, modulating boilers contain multiple heat exchanger modules within a single casing. The range provides boiler outputs from 150kW to 500kW and up to 4000kW in cascade.

To simplify installation and maintenance each boiler comes complete with an integrated hydraulic connection kit. The 503/504 Series includes an integrated flue header kit and optional low loss header kit. The 1000 Series includes an integrated low loss header kit and polypropelene flue discharge as standard, with the flue header kit fitted outside of the casing.

Featuring efficiency figures as high as 109% nett at (30%) part load, the Corolla Pack has excellent environmental benefits, and far exceeds current requirements for Part L Building Regulations.

With sophisticated controls, based on the master and slave principle, the Corolla Pack can manage multiple heating zones and up to 60 boiler modules in cascade.

Pre-mix burnerThe Corolla Pre-mix combustion system comprises of a modulating gas valve integrated with a high performance fan.

The system guarantees both a constant gas and air mix under any running condition. The precise mixing of gas and air results in a clean, low temperature flame, which matched with the unique combustion chamber design, provides an immediate exchange of heat.

Bi-Metalic heat exchangerThe unique high efficiency heat exchanger is equipped with a continuous internal bi-metalic corrugated tube, which is constructed from copper on the water side and stainless steel on the flue side.

The heat exchanger also features a refractory plug that retains the heat inside the combustion chamber and forces the flue gases over the coil surfaces to optimise the thermal exchange performance.

The micro-flame burner is located at the top in the centre of the heat exchanger with single spark ignition.

Corolla Pack 503/504 Boiler

Corolla Pack 503 / 504 series boilers are available with an optional low loss header kit, which is constructed from carbon steel.

The low loss header kit separates the heating plant circulation to maintain a constant flow of water in the boiler independently of losses of load. The kit includes boiler flow and return shut-off valves which enable the system to be worked on without having to empty out the entire heating arrangement.

An optional safety kit is available and includes a fuel valve, thermometric electrical box, manometer, block pressure switch, automatic air vent valve, thermometer and valve with manometer holder.

Corolla Pack 1000 SeriesDimensions

Up to two Corolla Pack 1000 Series boilers can be installed inline or back-to-back using a 200mm flue header. A maximum of three boilers can be connected inline or back-to-back and this will require a 250mm flue header.
