At the appropriate place, insert the following: 1

SEC. ll. RESTORING INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY. 2

Sections 1501 and 1502 and subsections (a), (b), (c), 3

and (d) of section 10106 of the Patient Protection and 4

Affordable Care Act (and the amendments made by such 5

sections and subsections) are repealed and the Internal 6

Revenue Code of 1986 shall be applied and administered 7

as if such provisions and amendments had never been en-8

acted. 9
