BEACH OLYMPICS
Dear Students
If you are not already aware, the June Exam Week Timetables
have now been published on your course notice boards for
perusal. They should also appear soon on your course Moodle
page.
If you are scheduled to have an exam but you are not listed on
the college notice board, you should have received a
personalised timetable via email.
The exams are scheduled to take place between Thursday 28th
and Friday 29th May; Monday 1st to Thursday 4th June; Monday 8th
to Thursday 11th June. All exams taking place will be in
classrooms at Newquay or the Atlantic Centre in Wildflower Lane
(car access through the over flow car park).
It is a necessity in sitting HE exams that you have your UoP
number. This number can be found on your UoP card, or on
the college notice board exam timetable schedule.
Please note that you will also need to bring along
photographic ID to your exam, as your identity will be
checked by the Invigilator (even if the Invigilator is a
member of staff who knows you) as this is an exam
regulation.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the exam.
It would be advisable to bring a pen and pencil and
calculator (if needed) with you to the exam. Only see-
through pencil cases are allowed on the exam desk.
Please remember to turn your mobile phone off and hand
into the invigilator or store away in your bag at the other side
of the exam room. It is a serious exam offence to use any
electronic device, bar a calculator in an exam.
HE EXAMS
Please also be aware that you will not be allowed to go to
the toilet unaccompanied, if you do need to go you will have
to wait until the break invigilator comes to relieve the
invigilator and then they will accompany you.
If you have any problems with your exam timetable please do not
hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to help.
The best of luck with your exams!
Regards
Kirsten
