COR COFFEE SHOP & DELI
Perhaps you’ve noticed the kiosk in COR’s parking lot. We’d like to invite you to stop by the COR Coffee Shop and Deli!
We’re always looking for new and innovative ways of raising awareness, funds and providing work opportunities for the people we serve. The COR Coffee Shop
and Deli covers all these points! Chef Elizabeth Terrel has lent her restaurant knowledge and skills to developing a menu that includes specialty coffees,
breakfast items, American Classic pizza and calzones, gourmet hotdogs and other tasty treats. “This kiosk gives us a great opportunity to teach usable skills to our clients and provide quality food choices to the community,” says Jodi Mackay,
COR’s Staff Development Director.
You can swing by the kiosk and pick up a menu or “like” us on Facebook to view our menu, hours and stay informed of our daily specials - search for COR Coffee Shop and Deli. We’re aiming for 1000 “likes” by the end of September so please
share us with your friends.
We greatly appreciate your continued support of COR Enterprises and our mission to support individuals with disabilities in our community!

COR PICNIC 2014
Friday, August 29th, brought COR’s Annual Client Picnic. COR Enterprises’ building sat empty while our clients, a lot of friends, family and
staff converged on Billings’ Central Park. This location offers a picnic shelter with a kitchen, a basketball court, playground and a lot of
green open space. People enjoyed chatting at picnic tables, hanging out on their blankets and various games such as Ladder Toss, Fris-
bee, and just shooting hoops. Of course, the ever-popular water fight after the picnic left a lot of folks dripping and smiling!
For lunch, COR staff served up a delicious lunch of barbequed hamburgers and hotdogs with potato, pasta and bean salads with dessert
and drinks. It was great to see our clients enjoying a gorgeous summer day and a meal with their friends, family and support people.
We’d like to extend a huge thanks to the COR employees that worked so hard to coordinate and staff this event. Also, we’d like to
thank the community businesses and individuals that donated food and other items to the picnic: Coke, Yellowstone Ice and Water,
Montana Valley Bottled Water, Stella’s, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Debbie Nette, Billings Food Bank and Food Services of America.

The Insider September 2014
COR Enterprises celebrated its 9th Annual Gala on Friday, June 20, 2014. The event brought 150 peo-
ple to COR’s facility for an evening of food from Tiny’s, games, auctions and entertainment to bene-
fit COR Enterprises.
The evening began with great food and an opportunity to bid on some fabulous silent auction items.
Mark Jackson, a former NFL football player, returned to COR’s event for the third year in row. He
gave a motivating speech about the value of hard work and navigating through life’s ups and downs.
He expressed his admiration for the great work COR Enterprises does in the community.
The real fun began when celebrity hosts, Big J of Hot 101.9 and Cory Nette, a client at COR and Big J’s
#1 call-in guest, began the live auction and games such as Bingo, Reverse Lottery and Heads or Tails.
Through lots of jokes, laughter and bidding, event-goers purchased wonderful items and supported
COR Enterprises’ mission. COR wishes to send a huge thank you to Mark Jackson, Big J and Cory
Nette for their participation in our event.
We are so thankful to the community, families, staff and clients that attended our event and made it a success! COR would like to thank the following businesses and individuals who contributed to the success of the event:
