Capitalizing and exploiting energyefficiency solutions throughout

cooperation in Central European cities

TARGET-CE is a consortium of 8 project partners and 9 associated partners Priority 2: Cooperating on low carbon cities and regions. TARGET-CE is the implementation of 7 pilot activities impacting 6 countries:Weiz (AT), Podgórzyn (PL) and Chrastava (CZ) - Union of Romagna Communities (IT),Split (HR), Nazarje (SI), Milanówek (PL) and Ferrara (IT) with a duration from01.04.2020 - 31.03.2022. In each newsletter we want to present 2 of the partners:

FBK (http://www.fbk.eu), formerly called Istituto Trentinodi Cultura (ITC), was created in 1962 as a publicresearch centre of the Autonomous Province of Trento(Italy). FBK strives for scientific excellence, innovationand technology transfer to companies and publicservices. FBK has more than 350 researchers anddevelopers working in the areas of InformationTechnology, Materials and Microsystems and SocialSciences. FBK joins and coordinates the TARGET-CEproject with its 3D Optical Metrology (3DOM –http://3dom.fbk.eu) unit which has expertise ingeospatial data and methodologies, positioning andnavigation, data and sensor integration, UAV, GIS, 3Dmodel segmentation and web access. FBK-3DOM has aconsolidated know-how acquired in the development ofmetrology and geospatial software and methodologiesfor 3D surveying and modeling at various scales and forvarious needs.

Successful (virtual) kick-off for the #InterregCETARGET-CE project

Because of the Covid 19 pandemic, thekick-off meeting could only take placevirtually. More than 20 people joining the(virtual) kick-off meeting on the 07./08. ofApril 2020.The project have a duration of 24 monthsand will collect, adjust and deploy ICTtools, financial models, action plans andtraining materials in the field of#energyefficiency to local and regionaladministrations. TARGET-CE aims tobecome an energy efficiency flagship incentral European region, offering newsolutions for public buildings on a uniqueweb platform.

Second virtual meetingfor TARGET-CE on 5thof May 2020

In a second virtual Project meeting allpartners participated and present outputsand demonstration outputs of their pastprojects (Horizon2020, Interreg Central,Interreg Europe) in order to betteraccomplish the Goals in the TARGET –CE project output: A.T1.2 -Transferabilityassessment of past outcomes foradaptation, extension & deployment innew Pilot Actions in TARGET-CE.The partners presented the projects:Energy@School, eCentral, FeedSchools,CitiEnGov, Greensoul, PANEL2050 andEMPOWER to explain the technicalsolutions coming from the past projects inorder to better understand how thesesolutions could be adapted and deployedin the Pilot Actions within the TARGET CEproject.
