Thanks for joining us for our second issue of Sunday Haha! With Teacher
Appreciation Week coming to a close, we wanted to thank all of our teacher
readers out there for supporting comics and sharing them with your
students. Thank you, teachers, for all that you do!
Did you know many of the Sunday Haha cartoonists are also teachers? In

Now for some news about our cartoonists:
Dave has a new series of drawing videos for kids called Art Club at Yaytime.
His graphic novels, like Astronaut Academy, are available at bookshop.org.
In August, Jarrett will be launching a new chapter book series about a robot
named Geeger. The first book, GEEGER THE ROBOT GOES TO SCHOOL,
hits shelves on August 25th!
Lark has colorist contributions in the winter/spring 2020 releases Diana,

Princess of the Amazon (for grades 3-7) (by Dean and Shannon Hale,
drawn by Victoria Ying) and Dragon Hoops (by Gene Yang, published by
First Second). Watch the Comics Claptrap for an interview with Gene and

Jen's comic "Staying Home" was featured in Working Mother Magazine's
article "5 Comics That Can Help Parents Explain the Coronavirus to Their
Kids." You can also find free printable Reggie activities on her website.
Aron recently had a comic published in the New York Times. You can buy
his Mr. Wolf's Class books from bookshop.org.
Meggie's all-ages book 'You Will Be Okay: The Anti Anxiety Pocket-book' is
now for sale through Silver Sprocket. Read their free webcomic Stick
World.
