How they work
About HydroSense The Icare HydroSense is a range of unique products designed to manage and maintain a comfortable temperature. Heat sensitivity is common issue caused by disease or immobility including multiple sclerosis, diabetes, kidney disease, reduced mobility, inflammation and climate.

No electro-magnetic fields
Cools to 8ºC and heats to 48ºC
Whisper quiet motor
Water is pumped through the machine, and is adjusted to the temperature selected.
The water flows through the medical grade silicone tubes quilted into the pad, and cools the body.
The water leaves the pad and enters the reservoir, from there the water is bought back to the set temperature before circulating through the pad.
The machine has night settings and a built in timer, to prevent chills. The settings can be changed using the remote or the touch screen control panel.
Corner elastic bands help to hold the pad in place.

The pad has a short length of tubing which connects onto the longer tube and becomes watertight. No water is exposed to the exterior elements anytime during the cycle.
The remote, is set with the basic functions including temperature adjustment, and to turn the motor on/off. Other adjustments need to be made on control panel itself.
The tubing pipe is covered in a soft cotton fabric cover protecting the tubes from damage during use. The connection of the tube is plugged straight into the motor.
