There’s a gap – in Ethiopia for every 6,000 new cases of MDR-TB there are less than fifty beds. Home care works, but there are major challenges with keeping the medication cool and patients adherent to treament that lasts 18-24 months

Immediately:• If successful, rapid scalability of

Cool Comply throughout the entire GHC network both within Cambodia and Ethiopia for MDR-TB patients

Platform Technology for Global Health:• Provide successful home-based

therapy for MDR-TB patients• Cooling and adherence for other

diseases that require cool chain management such as diabetes

• Aid in resource-limited settings as a model for collecting samples for biomarker analysis to maintain cooling and limit water damage
