QualificationsSCHEDULE OF MATERIAL QUALIFICATIONSNOTE1)This material schedule was prepared to the highest level of accuracy that was obtainable in termsof information supplied and the contribution supplied by the Architect and all the interested partiesto the structure.2)It should be noted with concern that material schedule accuracy depends on the informationsupplied and cooperation of the interested parties.3)This schedule of material remains correct if there are no changes made to the structure and thematerial waste is maintained within the allowable range.4)This schedule was prepared allowing a reasonable waste of between 5% and 10% depending withthe material type and quality.5)Provisional quantities are to be remeasured on site to determine the correct material quantity butif no changes to the specifications they are suppose to tally with the degree of + - 5%
