    The Conversations of Change Retreatprovides a safe and structured opportunity for conversations with like-minded strangers.It is a chance for you to share your change challenges and gain the collective insight of a carefully selected entrepreneurial group

    during a weekend retreat. No whiteboards, no PowerPoint, no fluorescent lighting, no Internet. Possibly wombats and koalas,

    probably magpies, butcher birds, maybe a spider or two... and Conversations of Change

    The Conversation Concept

    You have the opportunity to present a 90-minute session

    on a business or career challenge. The session will be

    Conversation Challenges

    Your conversation can be about any change challenge you

    are facing. Whether it be a new business venture, a

    get value from the groups collective knowledge.

    You can outline your issue verbally, provide handouts, or

    pose a series of questions to the group.

    You can expect the group to:

    Day 2 All day Group session: Topic common to all: A Thought starter

    Six presenters provide six-minute synopsis of what they intend to discuss

    Participants determine which sessions they wish to participate in

    Jennifers sensitive selection of like-minded participants, and her

    skilful facilitation of our group discussions, allowed us to explore

    the challenges and opportunities open to us in our businesses. As

    a group, we assisted each other to draw out concrete insights

    specific to each individual participants, and yet common to many

    of us, which we can immediately implement in our own

    The retreat will be held 19 21 of February, 2010.

    Kattemingga is nestled on 150 acres of rural beauty, surrounded

    by the majestic Wombat Forest - just 75 minutes from Melbourne.

    Humble. Welcoming. Natural. A little bit of magical.

    It will be an intimate gathering of 10 people who are:

    Entrepreneurial in nature

    Have a track record of accomplishments (and probably a failure

    or two as well)

    Reflective and possessing emotional intelligence
