(Siapa nama bapak)

Patient : My name is Deni.

Doctor : How old are you Mr. Deni?

(Berapa umur anda pak Deni)

Patient : Im 19 years old.

Doctor: Where do you live?

(Dimana bapak tinggal)

Patient : I live in Senggigi.

(Apakah anda sudah menikah?)

Patient : No, Im single.

Patient : Im a farmer

(Apakah anda pernah mengunjungi dokter sebelumnya)

Patient : No, I dont have. Because Iv never sick doctor, if I have pain usually I just eat

vitamins.

(Tidak pernah, karena saya tidak pernah sakit sebelumnya, itupun kalau sakit saya minum

vitamin)

Doctor : Ok, first Im going to check your vital sign Mr. Deni.

Patient : Ok

Doctor : What is your pain like? Sharp, dull, stabbing, or acching?

(Seperti apa nyeri yang anda rasakan?. Tajam, tumpul, menusuk?

Patient : Its like dull pain, Doctor.

86x/minute. (Saya sudah memeriksa tanda vital anda, tekanan darah anda 100/80, suhu

Patient : Is that normal Doctor? (Apakah itu normal?)

Doctor : yes Mr. Deni doesnt be afraid, this is never mind

Doctor : I will give you antibiotic for your infection, analgetic for your pain, and antipyretic for
