For students to demonstrate the skills they have learnt ,they will be required to prepare ONE dish for their practical exam Individual work 1 hour 15 mins to prepare, cook & serve
the chosen dish

Basic common ingredients will be provided e.g. oil, butter, egg, salt, sugar, plain flour etc
