Introduction to Global Harmonised Systems (GHS)

Our Country is a signatory to treaty concerning harmonisation of Labels under GHS

However presently practised system will undergo very minor changes under GHS

To have a unified and standardised approach Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India has initiated certain steps and has also established a dialogue with the industry.
