Shoemaker to your shoes!!!
By Ricardo Eliseo Illescas Hidalgo
Dear Reader, you might like this server has noticed the number of "experts" in any field of
science, which exist in Nicaragua and perhaps much more as there are those doctors, political and
economic analysts themselves. As will be seen as invading our minds commercials for Courses
Post Graduate Specialization and qualified to teach non-academic institutions and, even if they are
legally constituted to exercise-profit or non-profit activities are not accredited for knowledge
diffusion through teaching and unless they are for the granting of academic Degrees and
Professional
There are organizations that offer for sale professional education services without being
registered in the Register of Institutions of Higher Education and without their academic programs
or educational offerings have been approved by the National Assessment and Accreditation of the
National Education System (CNEA)
The question is who stands behind the quality of these educational programs and the
granting of these titles? The answer may be "no" except the prestige that accompanies who offers
this educational service that constitutes a fallacy of appeal to authority inappropriately (Argument
from authority) because although they may enjoy the privilege of a healthy acceptance of guild
and representing a state of public opinion, no legitimate and legal to grant academic titles
authority.
Ask yourself, who guarantees the academic content of educational provision, the teachers
are certified to disseminate this knowledge and also have the same or higher than the level of
education in which they operate degree?
Concur in this responsibility two kind of people: First, who take these Programs or
improper manner also called "Post Degrees" - see Art. 6, 13) of Act 704 or law creating the
National System for Quality Assurance ... without thinking of the support that has the title that will
give non-educational institution.
Then he will try to enter the labor market or if it is within expected that strengthen their
position in it, however, the result should be contrary to their expectations because the carton you
have in your hands is just that, pure cardboard, because by the State of Nicaragua, who is who
decides who is the one that ensures the quality assurance and continuous improvement of
education, has not been given to whom it granted official recognition as an educational institution.
The second is the government. The question is, Why the government don´t ask a these educational
institution who register on the National Assessment and Accreditation of National Education
System?
However, if the government does not care about this aspect, you should worry about that
aspect and at least listen to this advice: "If you were to specialize must evaluate well the
organization where you think to invest their time, money and your future so you can achieve a
certified knowledge and scientifically and also can carry under his arm a Certificate that enjoys the
recognition of the society and the Nicaraguan government validated.
