Theory of Change Checklist in French The TOPS Program is happy to announce that the Theory of Change Checklist is now available in French Developed by The TOPS Program and USAIDs Office of Food for Peace (FFP) Monitoring and EvaluationSpecialists the TOC checklist is becoming a valued tool among FFP implementing partners It condensesguidance found in FFPs MampE Policy and Guidance document and the TOPS TOC Curriculum into succinctcriteria that implementing partners and FFP TOC reviewers can use to gauge the quality and completeness ofTOC diagrams and complementary documentation Keep your eyes tuned to the FSN Network website - the TOC PowerPoint slide decks will also be available inFrench later this year
