Erection
Equipment’s are being installed by experttechnicians and engineers in this department. Installation procedure is as follow: • Site preparation• Providing installation manual• Installation commencement• Issuing work completion and getting its approval.• Fabrication, welding and painting touchup foreach equipment. • Issuing work completion and getting its approval.• Completing and repairing equipment’s accordingto punch list. • Getting work completion certificate.
HPP PROJECTS
GREEN POWER-CLEAN ENERGY
Design department
In this Department, all the mechanical and electrical equipment’s are being designedbased on some standards. The documents are being issued as follow: • Concept design• Detail design• Fabrication drawing• Shop drawingAlso some other additionaldocuments and procedures shouldbe issued in this department:- Quality control plan.- Welding procedure specification.- Painting scheme- Quality control testing manual.- Post weld heat treatment.For more safety the complicatedequipment’s should be modeled by 3D software’s and are analyzing by finite element methods.
Workshop
The workshop is located in Tehran with 22500 square meter outdoor and 5000 square meter indoor area which is equipped with the followings
• Fabrication auxiliaries (chain blocks,cutting instruments…)The procedures in the workshop are as bellow: • Reception of shop drawings, wps, psand other documents for eachequipment.• Allocation of human resources andequipment for the construction.• Cutting, fabricating and welding.• Post weld heat treatment if needed.• Sandblast and painting.• Preparing the final book for eachequipment.
