Cisco’s customer requires 46 dedicated onsite technicians in twenty different countries. Continuant manages this team of technicians and provides staff augmentation when needed. Continuant manages both remote and on-site work.

Cisco’s Cloud Managed Services Group works with Cisco’s largest customers. Due to the size of the customers’ voice environment, these migrations typically take years to complete.

Cisco’s contract with Continuant requires that Continuant provide maintenance and support for the 170,000 users, along with advanced services such as Capacity Management, Asset Management, and Release Management.
