San Francisco Collaborative Against Human Trafficking Teen Poster Contest 2016 Contest Theme: It could be me. It could be you.Human Trafficking, known as modern day slavery, is making a person work or sell themselves by threats, physical or psychological force, fraud, or coercion, and includes the forced labor or sexual exploitation of children. The FBI identified the San Francisco Bay Area as a hot spot for human trafficking in the US. Eligibility: The contest is open to middle and high school students attending public, private, or home schools in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. Contest Rules: Poster size must be between 8.5" x 11" and 22" x 28". Original artwork ONLY (no copyrighted materials). Any media may be used (paint, crayons, stickers, charcoal, computer-generated graphics, etc.). Posters can be created by an individual or in groups of up to 3 members. Limit of one entry per student or group. The theme title It could be me. It could be you.must be on the poster. The submitted artwork will be judged on the poster’s message, visual effectiveness, universal appeal, and originality.
