    SEED 2012

National Seminar on Business Strategies for Economic Evolution & Development

    Friday, 12th October 2012 | ABS – Campus | Noida

About SEED: The recent financial meltdown, collapse of banking giants and financial crisis signaled the start of recession, where bankruptcy, lay-offs, buy-outs became the order of the day. These internal or external events provide the trigger for reorganizing a business in a bid to remain competitive. Business transformation is the fundamental change in the way a business operates, whether that be moving into a new market or operating in a new way. It is an approach that attempts to align an organization’s activities relating to people, process and technology more closely with its business strategy and vision. The organizations have responded by changing appearance - by improving services to customers; changing shape – by review and reappraisal of what a business should do, by working with partners and by making better use of all types of resources, and changing form – by improving the way the business works, and embracing new organizational structures, skills, processes and technology.
