COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Al-Faraby Medical Group is a Saudi national Company and one of the pioneers in

health care filed. The company established in 1994. It is headquartered in Dammam City,

Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The Company is named after Al Faraby (Abu Nasr Mohammad

Bin Mohammed Al Faraby) known in the West as Alpharabius. He was a renowned scientist

and philosopher of the Islamic Golden Age and lived between 874 AD and 950 AD.

He was a great and remarkable Muslim Scholar and teacher of his era. Al Faraby

lifelong devotion and total commitment to promote knowledge and human prosperity are our

guiding spirit to our new endeavor. Al Faraby Medical Group has great experience built on the

Healthcare Solutions Division

Our medical team is made up by professionals with years of experience in the field of industrial

and occupational healthcare, supported by a fully integrated Logistics & Support Services system,

including our network of pharmacies and Medical Equipment & Supplies Division.

Our first remote industrial clinic encounter dates back to 1997 in Shaybah. From 2002 to 2010,

we managed a residential compound clinic in the Eastern Province under a full service contract.

Today we provide qualified industrial clinic medics to several high profile private industrial

companies.

We believe in pro-activeness and accountability. Each team member takes personal ownership of

assigned responsibilities and adapts and responds promptly to the healthcare needs of our

customers

Management and operation of First Aid Clinics at Industrial work sites is part of this

service. In addition, we offer our industrial partners a comprehensive Occupational Health

Screening Program, a Contract management service, and health education course to meet the

health and safety requirements of their employees.

HSD Services

To meet your healthcare needs at the work site, HSD offers you the following Services:

F-iCON Services: F-ICON is our new brand championed with the responsibility to manage

and operate onsite remote area clinics. Lead by experienced health care professionals, F-iCON

provides full medical service at the work sites in accordance with Saudi Aramco

Construction Safety Administrative Requirements and in compliance with its

Minimum Medical Standards Requirements (MMSR manual).

Healthcare Consultancy and Management Services: This includes supervising,

oversees and auditing any occupational healthcare projects.

Occupational Healthcare Services: This includes all the Occupational Health

screening Programs (Physicals, Hearing conservation program, Lung Function test etc),

Environmental Health Audit Programs and Pre-Employment Tests.

Professional Educational Training Services: This includes the educational Health &

Safety programs such as Certified BLS, First Aid and Other relevant courses that are required

by the job function or location. This service is provided through Faraby Training Center.

FARABY TRAINING CENTER

Al-Faraby Training Center is a unit under Healthcare Solutions Division and is located near to

Al Faraby Medical Center in Dammam. It is affiliated and recognized by Saudi heart

association, established in year 2011 and all the certificates issued are recognized by SCFHS

/KSA.

The following courses provided in our Training Center are Approved by: SHA (Saudi

Heart Association), MOH (Ministry of health) & ARAMCO. The attendees receive a certified

course certificate.

BLS : Basic Life Support Course

First Aid Course

Heart Saver Course

The following programs done in our Training Center are approved by ARAMCO and

the attendees receive only a “certificate of attendance” for the candidates.

Fire and Safety Program

In addition, Faraby Training Center provides specialized programs (for male nurse/paramedic

working for remote areas) medical disaster management, first aids skills, mandatory clinical

lectures as recommended by ARAMCO.

MODEL “SIMULATOR” CLINC: Al Faraby Training Center has the first model simulator clinic

of its kind, reflecting our commitment to education and training. This MMSR compliant clinic is

an exact replica of a first aid industrial clinic and serves as a “simulator’ where clinical skills are

demonstrated, practiced and evaluated as part of our on-going Skills competencies program.

Our comprehensive education curriculum: includes class-room and on-site orientation

programs for all disciplines, skills competencies training and assessment, and on-the-job

training. Regular site visits are scheduled by trainers to ensure continuity of staff’s education

and training. Hands-on practices are observed and evaluated and training tailored to meet

individual needs.

Al-Faraby training center is recognized by SCFHS for

imparting CME-credited by SCFHS lectures given by eminent

specialistS and consultantS on a regular basis.
