What is MATRIX Mobile

• New app that runs off the browser on any mobile device: smartphone, tablet or laptop

• Access to usage, stock and performance data in the palm of your hand

• Friendly user interface• Works with MATRIX-TM v5

Menu Options

• Click on your favorites or shortcut to get started

• Main Menu:– Site– Items– Alerts– Reports

Site• View Av. Usage and Stock

at 3 levels: All Items; Site by Site; and per Cabinet

• Switch between Value and Qty

• Scroll down with the touchscreen to see more records

• Click arrow > to get more information

All Sites

• Here we view detailed information about All items in the selected site level

• Data is current and in a convenient summarized format

Easy to Navigate

• Drill down further by clicking >

• Navigate between pages with the backspace or homepage icons

Top 10

• Popular feature which lists the top 10 items by usage

• > Drill down again to get more details per item

Item Search

• Dynamic Search Engine – narrows result as you type

• Calculates Top 10 items by % of total usage

• Suppliers & Item Groups sorted from top to bottom by % of total usage

• Month by Month• Quantity and Value • Table and Graph

Stock Locations

• View current stock level per bin location for any item

Installation• There are 2 basic steps to

install MATRIX Mobile:– Install IIS (internet information

server); and then – MATRIX Mobile application

• Installation and setup should be done by the system administrator.

Access• In order to use MATRIX Mobile, we

need to establish a connection between our mobile device (smartphone, tablet or laptop) and the network.

• There are two types of connections– LAN; or– Internet

• Your Network Administrator should decide the best solution for your organization
